The bedroom is equipped with a large desk and adjustable office chair, perfect for remote work or a quiet study area. Open the window to look out at the spacious yard that you and your guests can take advantage of.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, utensils, and spices you need to make a delicious meal on either a warm or cold Georgia night.
The living room includes a swivel-mounted TV, sleeper sectional, and also board/card games so you can have a fun night in during your stay.
When you're feeling hungry or in the mood for a drink there are restaurants, bars, and shops just a 2 min drive away on Main St in College Park. For a larger selection, Camp Creek Marketplace is less than 10 minutes away. The home is also very close to the major highways in Atlanta (I-85/75, I-285).
PLEASE NOTE: Your unit is on the first floor of an older two-story apartment building and during the day neighbors and footsteps may occasionally be heard. The walls are not sound-proof and you, as well as the other residents in the building, are asked to keep noise down after 10PM.
NO PARTIES are allowed and are grounds for termination of stay without refund.
