Experience authentic Maui living in this cozy and thoughtfully designed suites located in the historic town of Wailuku. This modern 300 sq ft studio offers comfort, convenience, and local charm — perfect for travelers looking to explore the island beyond the resort areas.

The studio includes a small kitchenette, a private bathroom, A/C, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and assigned free parking. Large windows bring in natural light with views toward the West Maui Mountains, letting in the cool island breeze.

We are located in the center of Maui, making it easy to explore both the west and east sides of the island.

We stayed here for 2 nights and were pleased with our experience. The check in process was a breeze and communication with property owner was clear and timely. I requested a later check out time and with no hesitation they allowed it. The room is clean, roomy, quiet, and had everything we needed. I would recommend this place!

Super clean and nice play to stay

My family and I needed a decent place to stay. We wanted a place away from major hotels and a clean place to stay that will not knock us down with a heavy Maui price tag. If you want to drive and explore different places without a heavy price tag on your stay, consider this place. It is nice, clean and quiet.The town is not a tourist place, do not expect anything fancy. And that was what we needed.

Very nice clean room, convenient location

We thought the property was great and the staff that we met were pleasant and helpful. It was close to the airport and pretty easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the property.

Perfect for our short stay!

Very nice, clean, appealing room with kitchen. Comfortable mattress! Close to the airport and easy to get to. Nice to have Uncle Tony greet us!

Short stay

Only stayed one night, but studio is close to beach, costco and much more. The place is clean and easy to check into.

Comfy stay close to everything we needed

Our stay in Kahului, Maui was an excellent experience. The apartment was impeccably clean, and everything looked quite new, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect for us, being close to some fantastic hikes and snorkeling spots, and very convenient to the airport. This made it easy to explore all the beautiful attractions Maui has to offer without spending too much time traveling. The management was extremely nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our stay. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, modern, and well-located place to stay in Kahului. We would definitely return!

Comfortable stay

We were visiting Maui for a work-related trip and will be staying at one of the resorts for business, but wanted to extend our stay and stay closer to the Road to Hana and Haleakala. This location helped to shave off about 2 hours of round-trip driving time. The room was clean, updated and comfortable. Uncle Tony was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. If you're a light sleeper, you may hear road noise so bring ear plugs!

Very Nice, Clean and Friendly Visit

We enjoyed our stay on New Year’s Eve. We were treated to a lengthy (and booming) fireworks display that we could watch from the bed! The place is very clean and nicely landscaped. This place was perfect for our needs.

A Great Stay

Property was nice, clean, and centrally located to many destinations. Owner was welcoming, helpful, and respectful. We enjoyed the restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely be keeping in mind for next time we visit Maui. Highly recommended!
