Huge Chefs Kitchen, open floorplan with soaring ceilings great for entertaining yet has two master bedrooms for relaxation & privacy! Located on a private road with no through traffic with a private gated yard, this property is very quiet and peaceful. It is located one block from Trader Joe’s, Starbucks, and is very close to the Park Place mall and many restaurants. It is appx a 15 minute drive to MT. Lemmon (Santa Catalina’s) where you can enjoy biking, rock climbing, hiking , birdwatching etc, and is also near reddingtons pass (off-roading, hiking, waterfalls), and Saguaro National Monument! Also about a 20 min drive to the university of AZ and downtown ! Good location to be near the gem show events also! House is stocked with many snacks and cold beverages, all kinds of cooking necessities, bbq ready to go, lots of various kinds of coffee (Nespresso, French press, Keurig, or regular pot of coffee, bean grinder for those connoisseurs or Keurig pods for less work. . Owner is a Tucson native who lives nearby, and can be reached for any information on the area or needs with the property. She loves to rock climb outdoors ,bike ,hike, practice yoga, play violin, garden, Offroad, and chase waterfalls! Let me know if you’re looking for things to do around Tucson there is a lot of great food, outdoor activities and entertainment!

Great stay!

Rachel’s place was clean and modern! There are bathrooms for every bedroom, full size washer and dryer, and there was even a stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Property fit our needs, was very clean and it may it easy to get to our east Tucson venues. It was surprisingly quite for being just off of Speedway. Thank You Rachel!!!

Arizona adventure

So pleasantly pleased with Everything about rental. Accommodations were absolutely excellent. Rachel was so kind and accommodating. Close to National Park, Sabino Canyon and downtown. Highly recommend!!

Super cute quiet house in central area of Tucson

The house was great and stocked with water, snacks and coffees. Comfortable beds and awesome kitchen! Had a great quiet weekend with my sisters. We grew up in Tucson and was great to spend a few Spring days in the desert. Thank you for sharing Rachel and I will definitely be back!

Wonderful house with great amenities

The house was comfortable, well appointed and very dog friendly. The host provided lovely extras such as snacks and bottled water. Although in a busy neighborhood it was very quiet. We would have liked to stay longer and will be back!

Great house!

Our family road-tripped from Montana to Arizona to hike the Grand Canyon and mountain bike in Tucson. Rachel’s place was clean and comfortable! Fun dessert decor and lots of extra touches like popcorn and snacks! Loved the little courtyard with places to soak up the sun in the morning. Would definitely stay hear again!

Clean, Spacious

My family of 4 plus our pup had plenty of room at this quiet, clean, and convenient location. My boys loved all of the snacks and drinks! Literally everything we could possibly need was supplied - multiple coffee makers, small appliances, comfy couch and beds, plenty of bathrooms. Thanks for a great stay!

So much more than we expected!

This house was absolutely perfect; the host was so hospitable! She had the fridge stocked with water and soda and had plenty of snacks and coffee available. It's so hard to find dog friendly properties that are also beautiful, clean, and well maintained but look no further, this place has it all. Best VRBO stay we've ever had (and we travel a lot)!

Homecoming week in Tucson

We travel quite a bit with our two dogs-this is the nicest, most well equipped home, with a great kitchen, enclosed yard for the pets, quiet neighborhood-you’d never know you were just a block off Speedway! Beds were very comfy, spacious bathrooms, a great space to gather with our friends for U of A homecoming and 50th class reunion. Rachel was always available to us and very helpful - this will be our favorite place to stay when visiting Tucson. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Stay

This is the best hidden gem in Tucson. We have stayed in other places and hands down this is our go to place when in Tucson. It is very quite and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable, lots of extra linens and towels. The kitchen is so well stock all you need is creamer and milk. I can see why the this property is a premier host. Thank you so much for making our daughters graduation much more memorable with a beautiful place to stay.

Visiting University

Wonderful home! Exactly what we needed for our family with 2 dogs. Yard was completely fenced for animals to be safe, appreciated the snacks and water after driving all day. Beds and furniture so comfortable. Pleasant neighborhood. Walked to Psycho Grillers for great sandwiches and Bread and Beyond for breakfast. Rachel responded to questions immediately! Great house, wonderful host! Can’t wait to stay again.

Great Choice!

Everything about this property was as advertised. The area was perfect, central and close to everything needed. The host was awesome and very responsive to questions and we were so pleased. The area of the unit was not on a through street, tucked into a quiet area that worked great. Rooms were large enough to feel like there was space and not a cramped living area or bedrooms. Bathrooms were all seperate, new and clean. We will stay here again! Thank you!

Tucson Cycling Trip

Rachel was very communicative from the start and went above and beyond to make some major accessibility accommodations for myself and my teammates. The house and property was accurately described and was very clean upon arrival. Close the bike trails and all amenities. A great place to stay and I hope to be back sooner rather than later! Comfortable Stay, Convenient Location

This location was a perfect spot for our stay in Tucson. There was easy access into the rental, lights on when we arrived, and the owner was nearby in case we needed anything. The home was spacious and comfortable and well appointed. TVs in the master bedrooms and living room. There was a thoughtful coffee station to satisfy anyone's desire for that "perfect cup" of morning brew. The carport was appreciated since it did rain one of the mornings we were there. The fenced exterior was private with outdoor seating and a grill. A cozy retreat for two couples traveling or for a family to relax and enjoy. Can't say enough about this great property.

Great place for a small group

Rachels place is fabulous and in a nice secluded area separate from the rest of the neighborhood which gives it a feel of exclusivity as well as privacy. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the house is well equipped. and the kitchen has plenty of amenities to create great meals. If you are a coffee lover you will assuredly be able to make coffee the way you like as there were 4 different apparatus and methods for making coffee during our stay. The our door areas are enclosed and allow you to walk around the whole exterior of the house while being inside of the gated property line. You can really feel the Southwest with the flora and fauna that is in the yard; Agaves, palms and cactus make the landscaping a great add on and from the looks of it the landscaping is being thought out for further development so it will be even better by the time you see it probably.
