This 1 bedroom apartment was fully renovated in Fall 2021. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.
The space
-Easy access as there is just one step to get into the space from the street
-The open concept space allows you to watch Bell Fibre TV while cozied next to the fire place or from the kitchen
-Dishwasher and washer/dryer will make your stay more convenient
-Everything you need is within walking distance.
-A parking permit for on street parking is included in your stay.

**At the end of your stay you must leave this permit in the apartment. There will be a $35 fee if you misplace or take the permit**

It was beyond a dream staying in a JellyBean row house, I would recommend it to anyone. I was right in the middle of St John’s. So close to the Rooms and all the food places I wanted to try. It was recently redone, so it’s modern and clean. Everything worked amazing. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Bel appartement très bien rénové, et bien situé, près de tout à pied. Impossible de s’asseoir sur le patio, trop sale, avec excrément d’oiseaux. Braucoup de moisissures au bas de la douche.

Great property for two people. Close to George Street and Water Street where a lot of happenings occur. Only two blocks to a great breakfast restaurant. Walking distance to The Rooms and Bannerman park. Great space for staying with TV room, kitchen, a small outside patio

Great location!

Great place for our few days of exploration! Easy to walk around downtown as everything is close by. Heads up though, as it is the main floor (of a house), upstairs noise travels well (for those light sleepers and or kiddos)

St John’s

Overall, good location. There was a mixup with parking pass but it was resolved by next morning. The small patio and chairs at back were not useable. Too dirty. Place is decorated cute. Could use a thorough cleaning of cobwebs, shower resealed. As the sign inside the first door tells you the walls are thin. You hear everything from your neighbours in the building. Otherwise, for the price it was good.

Our last 3 nights in Nfld.

Very nice and conveniently-located place to stay in downtown St. John’s. Clean; comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen - although we didn’t do any cooking, for a change. Supplied coffee always a blessing though! Easy to walk or drive to main attractions ‘round town, and airport just 10 mins. away, early morning. (Plus, you pass by a 24-hr. gas station on the way - convenient!)Wish we’d tried the Bagel Cafe down the hill and around the corner to the left - looked adorable, full of stained glass, and we heard it was good. Shops further on, on that block were great for last-day shopping/souvenirs. Also, check out Hillhead House right across the street - beautiful stuff in there.We always had a parking spot right in front of the house - I guess because of the permit requirement on that street. But don’t forget to leave the parking permit back in the suite when you check out! We did, and it cost us!Good communication with Jordan - he was quick to respond.

Cute little apartment

Cute little apartment in a great location! Host responded quickly to questions and left books/pamphlets with loads of tourist information, as well as a parking pass for outside the apartment.Complimentary coffee was a great touch :)

Was not cleaned when we arrived. But despite it being a holiday, the manager/owner was able to get a cleaner in within a couple of hours, and we got a $50 refund. Very cute space.

Awesome stay

Beautiful property, in a great spot everything is in walking distance. Very clean, small issue with the other renter nextdoor being loud but not the fault of the renter

Fantastic Location

Great unit. Right downtown and close to Signal Hill. Make sure you check out the gelato place two blocks away

Could not open the windows due to neighbours smoking pot. Bathroom had cobwebs and a dirty floor. The rest of the place was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Basic and (mostly) clean, great location and nice touches like the parking pass, single coffee curig and furnaces kitchen. No blind on back door which looks directly into the kitchen/living room.

Great place to stay!

Property was a quick walk to George street and all the downtown shops. It was clean, and modern renovation. All appliances worked well, and bed was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend for an individual or couple to rent for their stay in St. John’s
