Welcome to Circle Cottage! Located in the quiet and convenient St. Simon Heights neighborhood, this designer-decorated cottage offers guests a private pool (14x24) and spa (8x8) tucked into a secluded backyard. Guests of Circle Cottage will enjoy quick access to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants! Take a quick bike ride or walk to the famous Southern Soul BBQ

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.

The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room offer guests an easy way to gather and enjoy making memories. Circle Cottage is a porch lovers' delight! The front porch is wide and welcoming and the perfect spot to enjoy an afternoon rain shower. Two quaint screened porches on the back of the cottage are great places to relax with a book or morning coffee while overlooking the pool and spa.

The first floor offers guests two primary bedrooms with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs guests will find two spacious bedrooms that share a jack-and-jill bathroom with a tub.

The Circle Cottage is the perfect home to relax, unwind, and make memories for a lifetime!

Great location! Somewhat hidden but very accessible to the area. Pool and hot tub were a great amenity to the property. Bedroom accommodations were also very nice! Simply a great stay!

It's rare that a property is better 'live' than in pictures, but the Circle Cottage was exactly that! It truly was stunning to walk through the front door and take in the beauty of the house. Every little detail was covered, from the coffee bar to all the light switches being marked, which was such a great touch. The check in was seamless, communicating with the property manager was so quick and easy, and everything was impeccably clean. The hot tub got HOT and the pool was pleasantly warm. Since our time fell during some unseasonably cold weather, the hot tub was a favorite place for our family! Great place, great area, and a great time for me and my family.

This was a great house for our family of 6 adults and a 1 year old. The property was just as pictured. Close to everything, which was a must having a little one in the house.

Great place. Beware: the refrigerator door will hit the glass on the back door. I tied a kitchen towel around the refrigerator door handle to prevent damage. Suggest switching out refrigerator with a single hinge left door model.

Our stay at this VRBO was great !! The pool needed a little cleaning when we got there. But we got with management and they fixed it right away! The house was clean very nice ! The neighbors were great! They let us know what restaurants to go! The food was delicious . We will definitely go back and probably stay at the same VRBO because of how nice the neighbors were and how nice the place was !!

Great family vacation home

We loved Circle Cottage! The home fit our family and the pool was great for afternoon swims. Friendly neighborhood and close drive to restaurants and shops. We’ll be back next year!

Perfect place to stay!

Our family of 6 stayed here for 4 nights. It was the perfect house. Centrally located, a short bike ride to the beach. Pool and hot tub were great. There was a small issue with the hot tub but the management company was very responsive and the problem was fixed promptly. The house is very clean. Check in and check out process is easy. Would stay here again next time we are in SSI.

Awesome little cottage!

We had such a relaxing stay at circle cottage. They had all the amenities a little family could hope for (beach toys, chairs, umbrella, high chair, pack and play). The pool and screened porches were a huge favorite. Great neighbors, neighborhood, and property management company to be around!
