This awesome 5-bedroom home sits right on the pond, giving you views of Lower Mill Pond.
You’ll have your own dock for swimming, canoeing, or fishing (just no motor boats). Please enjoy the use of the canoe (paddles and lifejackets available).
Chill out on the big deck or relax in the screened porch.
Inside, enjoy the comforts of central A/C, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a cozy living room, and a den with a DVD and video library.
Plus, there's a washer and dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower, and you're just a quick drive to Paine's Creek beach, located less than 2 miles away! Beach chairs are available here for your use as well.

First Floor: Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, Bedroom #2 with a Full bed
Second Floor: Bedroom #3 with a Queen bed, Bedroom #4 with two Twin beds, Bedroom #5 with two Twin beds
Loft: Twin bed with a trundle
**The first-floor Queen and Full bedrooms share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom, each with its own sink and toilet, and a shared shower and garden tub with pocket doors for privacy. There's also a half bath on the main floor and a full bath with a shower/tub combo upstairs.
