Clean, comfortable, great location

Extremely pleased with our stay here. Comfortable decor, incredible view, well stocked kitchen, fast, elevators, friendly staff.

Our stay was excellent, clean place, beautiful view, all the utensils that we needed and also beach chairs and supplies! That was great. Although, be awake that the building charges you twenty dollars a day to park there. Which costed us a total of two hundred and thirty dollars for the 12 days! Definitely not expected , we read that there was a fee but not the amount. Other than that things were great, thanks.

Very comfortable stay

Wonderful location. The studio is equipped well- just love having a well stocked kitchen . Loved our balcony and the wonderful ocean view. Superb communication with renter!!!!!!. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip

We are a family of 4 and stayed here for 4 nights. It’s very good for the price point and given the full kitchenette we were able to cook. Parking is additional and you need to pay for permit.

We’re very sorry this guest’s stay coincided with an unprecedented island-wide power shutoff. On February 9, a severe storm impacted Maui, and due to enhanced wildfire safety protocols implemented after the Lahaina fires, the utility provider conducted a 24-hour island-wide power shutdown. This affected multiple properties and was entirely outside of our control. After power was restored, certain building-level systems — including elevators, hot water, and air conditioning — required additional time to return to operation. These systems are managed by the building’s HOA, not by our company. Despite this, we contacted building management repeatedly throughout the disruption to obtain updates and communicated all available information to the guest. During this time, we offered relocation assistance and the option to vacate with a refund for unused nights and credit for missing amenity. The guest chose to remain in the unit for the entirety of the stay. A partial refund was issued as a goodwill gesture in recognition of the inconvenience. Following completion of the stay, the guest requested a full refund despite completing the stay. While we understand the frustration caused by a large-scale weather event, the circumstances were beyond our operational control, and we acted promptly and responsibly within the authority we have. Despite our repeated efforts to provide updates, relocation options, and a goodwill refund, we were ultimately unable to reach a resolution that satisfied this guest. We stand by the actions taken during circumstances that were entirely outside of our control. We remain committed to supporting our guests during unexpected events and stand behind the efforts made during this extraordinary situation.

Super responsive to any problems

This was a great unit to stay in! Excellent view and everything clean and fresh. When we had a couple of small glitches when we arrived Stay Aloha fixed them within hours! Will definitely stay again!

Great Place

This was a clean, comfortable place to stay. It is not fancy but it is very nice. Good location and good price.

The facility was a little older but well maintained and had everything we needed. King size bed, full kitchen, etc. What was really nice was it even had beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella along with a small cooler we used every day. Based on the pictures we thought we would have a very small view of the ocean. It was actually better and based on the time of year (May) we had a direct view of the sun setting. Also during our stay there was a food truck by the pool. Communication with hosts was spot on and they provided a digital directory about communication, expectations, etc. Down side…having to pay for parking when you’re already paying to stay there. This is not the hosts fault but the facility’s. Kind of sucks that most places are doing this now days to their customers. The hosts do tell you that up front so it’s not a surprise. Overall very good stay.

Ice maker in the freezer!

The property owners do not budge on the check-in time. Plan accordingly. We had to sit outside the property for 45 minutes because there is ZERO allowance to check in early. There was another couple that had to deal with the same thing. Secondly, parking is NOT included. I searched for a property that had parking, only to be charge 20/day by the site. It’s a small sentence in the “welcome” package that rates may apply. Would have been nice to know that on the front end. Thirdly, the door to the patio was the equivalent of trying to move a small boulder. View was worth it, but know that it’s clearly in need of repair. The room was fine. You’re given only three towels, so we did have to do laundry a couple times. Plenty of laundry pods available. Pool was nice. We used the grill by the pool two of our nights there. No beach. It’s washed away and basically only sand bags.I would suggest moving the bed to the opposite wall so you could actually see the view when you wake up in the morning. Beach towels and chairs available. Bonus that there was an actual ice machine in the freezer!

And yes, when there is a back to back with a guest checking out and a guest checking in the same day it is not always possible to accommodate early check ins as cleaners need time to clean the property the right way.
