Great communication from host. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Had trouble finding towels as they were not in the bathrooms. Host was able to help locate some the next day.Beds were comfortable, tub was great, wifi and TVs were easy.Could use a more detailed notes for surrounding area, functions of the house, check out procdure. One flyer could not explain all.

This house was close to Lexington yet in a neighborhood setting with a great little outdoor patio area. It was spotless and the layout was fantastic for family to have their own space. I would stay here again!

Comfortable Stay in a Quiet Neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable starter type of home located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was super clean and had new appliances and a nicely equipped kitchen. It was also nearby shopping and restaurants. Jeremy, the host, was also available if needed to answer any questions.

Keeneland Fall Meet

The stay was comfortable for a group of five adults. We had a few sugar ants in the kitchen, but nothing serious enough if we kept the food cleaned up. Location was great and only 10-15min from everything we wanted to do. would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in the Hamburg area

Home is very clean and comfortable and in a nice neighborhood, close to stores and Lexington downtown. Host has been a good communicator and very accommodating. Will use again when we come back to the area! Could have used more towels and flatware (only two spoons 😁)

It was the perfect house for 5. Clean, comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked. My only two suggestions would be a new nonstick large fry pan (the one there was scratched up), and cleaning the back patio.

Two couples shared this property. We were there for a surgery. Everything seemed convieniently close to the rental. Nicely decorated. Very clean. Prompt responses from our gracious host. Quiet neighborhood. Very well stocked! We'd definitely stay there again.

Communicating with Jeremy was very easy and he was prompt in responding to my questions. The house was excellent - very clean, nice, pretty, good lighting and well furnished. Beds were very comfortable. Overall the house suited all of our needs. Smooth and easy check-in and check out. I highly recommend it and would also stay here again.

Weekend in Lexington

House was cozy, very clean, accommodating. Neighborhood was quiet. Homeowner was very communicative and helpful and even went above and beyond to assist when belongings were left behind. Wonderful experience will definitely book again when we return. Highly recommend!

Had a little issue in the beginning but after getting it resolved we had an absolute great time. Back yard and patio could use a little TLC but the house was absolutely great, very clean.I loved the layout, furnishings all the space what can I say I just loved it all. It was in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. If I ever have cause to stay in the Lexington area again I will definitely consider this property

UK Tour

We were in Kentucky for a college tour and wanted to rent a house so we were comfortable and had enough space. The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. It was in a great area, not far from the campus, and close to a shopping area where we were able to grab a few groceries. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be renting again if our daughter ends up at Kentucky.

Great place, perfect area, and easy access to everything in Lexington.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO in Lexington, KY! The property was exceptionally clean and situated in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The area felt safe and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the K-cup coffee and the many amenities provided, which made our stay even more comfortable. Although we encountered a small hiccup during check-in, it was promptly addressed, and we were able to settle in without any further issues. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely choose this place again when we return for a visit. Highly recommend!
