Located off Liberty Road, you’ll be close to it all — downtown Lexington (5 min), UK campus, Rupp Arena, and The Bourbon Trail, yet tucked away in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood that feels peaceful and private. Groceries and shopping are both (5–8 minutes) away, and access to I-75 is quick and easy (8 minutes). Ubers arrive fast, making it simple to enjoy Lexington’s restaurants, horse parks, and nightlife without worrying about parking.
Inside, the home features a natural two-level layout with great flow. The main living room offers cozy seating and a Smart TV, leading to a large, fully stocked kitchen with a drink station and dining space that brings everyone together.
