Summary:
Our charming cabana has been designed to make it feel like a home away from home. The beach is just a .5 mile east of the apartment. We are just one home off of lake ave which is our downtown area. We are steps from supermarket and Starbucks. You are going to love the downtown area for sure. The downtown area has everything from restaurants, bars, library, visitors center, theater, boutique shops, also a surf shop which is perfect for beach gear and rentals. Enjoy your home away from home.

The Space:
Our home away from home was designed to be your peaceful retreat. We wanted it to feel comfortable and convenient for all our guests. We have supplied the cabana with all the essentials for a relaxed vacation.
The cabana is with in 10 miles from Coral sky amphitheater. Also with in a mile range we have lake worth municipal golf course and there is the beach club restaurant. The lake worth casino by the beach has restaurants and beach store as well. We are about 10 minutes from PBI airport and 45
from FLL. Other points of Interest around lake worth are, Palm Beach Worth Ave about 15 minutes.
City place in downtown west palm is 15 minutes too. Then if you go south we have delray 15 minutes, Fort Lauderdale 45, and Miami about an 1 hour.

The Neighborhood:
Our town has events all the time. The green market by the beach is my favorite. You can also fish the pier and eat some great food. Best of all just relaxing on the beach or jogging along the water. There is so much out door activity in sunny lake worth beach. Did I say we have a local Starbucks too!

Getting Around:
Uber and lyft work great. Bright line out at West palm by city place takes you to Fort Lauderdale and now Miami. The tri-rail as well, there is a station less
than a mile from the cottage. There is a bike shop downtown for rentals, relentless is the name of the shop if necessary.

Other Things to Note:
Please be kind, take off shoes when in our home. No parties and no smoking inside. Please take garbage to front of house place on the street, the bins are in the back of the property. Trash days are Monday and Thursday recycling is Tuesday. Any extra help is always appreciated. Turn off electricity when not using devices and don’t waste water. Most of all have fun and enjoy your stay thank you.

Comfortable, well-stocked 1 bedroom

The pictures are very accurate - it's a newly updated, well appointed 1 bedroom (note: no dishwasher is the only thing missing). The owners are very responsive and have provided everything you need and they thought of many details, which is great. It's more "in town" than near the beach but everything is very close.

Lovely stay

We had four days in the area for remote working and this was the perfect place. Spotless, well furnished with many amenities- soap, paper towels, sunscreen, insect repellent, beach chair.. wow! Lovely patio, good a/c and plenty of hot water, comfy bed and sleep sofa. We walked to dinner close by and walked across the causeway to Lake Worth Beach . Grocery and drugstores were nearby. Sightseeing cruise from Palm Beach was fun. Great safe neighborhood. Rachel was super responsive for our late check in info and very communicative. Thank you!

Our New Home Away From Home

I can not say enough good things about our experience. We needed a place to stay while visiting our son. The unit was newly renovated. The kitchen and bathroom had granite countertops. The bedroom had a spacious walk-in closet. Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, kitchen sponge, and paper towels were some of the supplies. Even an umbrella was available. We did not have to go out to buy anything. Rachael was extremely helpful and quickly available when we had a few questions. We needed help finding the wifi information. She gave it to us, and then a while later, I found the information in a frame under the wall-mounted tv. We have rented many units over the years and have yet to see such a clever way to present the information. Without a doubt, we would stay there again.

We believe that everyone who comes to Lake Worth Beach should experience the authentic Palm Beach county life. On days off we spend time with our kids and enjoy the beach and everything Palm Beach has to offer. We have set up our rentals as your home away from home we look forward to welcoming you, and helping with any questions you may have during your stay.
