Perfect for families or friends traveling together, this six-bedroom duplex comes divided into two completely separate homes, each furnished with standalone home living essentials. Both living spaces also feature exclusive access to two different in-ground pools and patio areas, each furnished for outdoor living with a grill and dining set. Convenient outdoor showers are equipped for rinsing-off sandy feet and beach gear. Ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island, you'll be just a walk, bike, or golf cart ride away from sugar-white sands, great local restaurants, shops, bars, and art galleries.

The twin, three-bedroom interiors each feature an open-concept layout and home essentials, including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi. Living areas welcome comfortable downtime with plush sofas and TVs for movie nights or casual daytime viewing. All bedrooms are also equipped with a smart TV for added guest convenience. Both primary bedrooms include private bathroom access.

THINGS TO KNOW
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 22 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
