Wonderful property with beautiful ocean/beach views and lots of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and stores.The check-in process was easy, the building was secure, and the beach was wonderful.The El Yunque National Forest is minutes away and San Juan is an easy 40-minute drive.

This is a beautiful condo on Luquillo Beach on the 12th floor. The view from the balcony is amazing! The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay, more than other places I have stayed. Luquillo Kiosks is only around 2 miles away where you can choose from many restaurants to eat at. You may also swim at the beach behind the restaurants. There is free parking. If I come back to PR, I will definitely stay here.

We loved the location and view. Beds were comfortable. It was great having beach chairs and a wagon. Would help to have extra keys, but we made it work. My first time in Puerto Rico, and I plan to return!

Our family of 5 loved our stay at this condo in Luquillo. It was clean and the area is safe for families. The balcony is amazing to watch the beach, read, or eat family meals on. Condo had everything we needed for the beach and cooking. Close to a couple pharmacies and Amigo grocery store. The beach is beautiful and the drive is short to calm beaches for swimming.

This 12th floor unit had an amazing ocean view and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedroom AC units worked well for sleeping. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to a lot of nearby restaurants and the grocery store. We walked down to the public beach one day, but much preferred the beach front by the building. Met several locals, all of whom were very friendly. There is a woman in the building that sells rum cakes - she was a gem of a person. Would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Two great bedrooms with en suite baths. The best balcony to read books, drink coffee, have a drink, eat a meal!Bonus! There are about 100 books in the unit. I read three of them during our stay. I recommend “The Coffee Trader” and “The Piano Tuner”.Great place!

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. It also had everything we needed for the beach. It was super easy to find and access with the clear instructions given by the host. We will definitely stay there again.

The most amazing selling feature of this place is its ocean beach location and incredibly-sized balcony. We spent every morning lingering over coffee and then relaxing with cocktails in the evenings - all from the balcony and the gorgeous views from it. It is quiet and peaceful here. We didn’t hear a peep from our surrounding neighbors. Everything you think you need, and then some, has been provided during your stay. And yes, the pineapple rum cake made by Bonnie is as good as it sounds. Thanks for making our first trip (and hopefully not our last) to Puerto Rico so, so special.

This was the best condo we have ever rented! The photos don’t do the place justice. Right on the beach, everything you could need in the condo (beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc.), easy check in and check out. Did I mention right on the beach?!? Walk out of the back door and you are on one of the most beautiful beaches. Plenty of food and drink options nearby. Close to El Yunque, rock sliding and bio bay. Communication was excellent! We are already planning our return to Puerto Rico and this is going to be the place we return to. Thanks for the excellent stay!
