Thank You for the outstanding review. Thank You for the opportunity. We are not really sure about the ‘little noise in the morning’ since we are in a 8th flor and the only pleasant sound is the ocean…Also, the Guest did not comment to us about it: just mention and thanks us about the great stay. But anyway, this was a good hosting experience. Warm Regards Roberto

The property is a beautiful place. It was equipped with everything you need for a beach day. Chairs, towels, coolers, boards, and so much more. The pool was amazing, it had showers and it was clean. The host was easy to contact, professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The view!!! The view was stunning and breathtaking! We got to see the sunrise and sunset, from the private balcony. The laundry came in very handy. It had clear instructions and was very functional. My family loved this place.

There’s a reason this property is so highly rated. The view is unbeatable, and the owner was very communicative, making sure everything was going smoothly. The unit is well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, and it’s fully equipped. Everything was clean and it was very well equipped. I’ve stayed at other units in this complex, and this one is by far the best. When I come back to PR, I hope it's available again!!

This property is amazing! The unit is so well appointed, comfortable, organized and clean. Not only that but the entire complex is wonderful. The pool is great, there is plenty of green space and the beach is literally steps away. The condominium residents are friendly, welcoming and helpful and the host is a great communicator. It has everything you need for adventure: beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, even icepacks! You are a five minute drive from a very nice grocery store. El Yunque National Forest is an easy 20 minute drive. Fajardo is also 20 minutes away. From there you can take tours to nearby islands or venture out in the evening a do a bioluminescent bay tour. Luquillo is a wonderful location for exploring the island.

Thank You for Your outstanding review. It was a pleasure hosting You. Thank You for the opportunity. The ocean water conditions changes almost in a daily basis (small island in the middle of a big ocean and in hurricane season). Even thought, if Playa Azul is not good in a day, just nearby there are other beaches where the waters are calmer ... Please count on us in the future. Warm Regards Roberto
