Spacious and serene San Remo 204 sleeps 6
San Remo 204 is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom beachside condo that accommodates 6 guests. Hop on the Elevator to the second floor where you will find a very well-appointed condo with beautiful views of the beach and pool. A nice-sized balcony with chairs allows you to sit and relax after your day of sun & sand! A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and the guest bedroom both have patio doors leading out to the balcony. The living room offers a sleeper sofa and plenty of other seating to settle in for a movie. Stay in and make dinner or head out to Gulf Blvd where you will find many of our area's popular restaurants! The pool and jacuzzi are right next to the beach so you can choose where you would like to sun bath and swim. The location of this condo is so convenient you will want to make it your destination time and time again!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: Refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and 4-slice toaster. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Area: Round dining table with 4 chairs and a buffet table.
Living Room: Sleeper sofa, loveseat, chair, coffee table and end tables, ceiling fan, TV on console table, patio door to balcony.
Bedroom #1: King-size bed, dresser, TV, chair, bedside tables, patio door to balcony, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom.
Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Walk-in shower and single vanity. No tub.
Bedroom #2: Bunk bed with full-size bottom and twin on top, dresser, TV, and patio door to the balcony.
Bathroom #2: Tub/shower combination and single vanity.
Laundry: Washer & dryer located in the hall closet.
Balcony: Small patio table with chairs and beach equipment including folding beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand surf toys, and boogie boards.
Outdoor Amenities: Shared grills, hot tub, and pool with sun loungers.
*Elevator on property! This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Parking: This unit provides 2 parking spaces.

Within walking distance, you will find some of the best area restaurants and ice cream shops. As well as beachwear shopping locations. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
