Located on the 3rd floor of the San Remo Condominium, this condo offers partial views of the beach from its south-facing balcony—perfect for soaking in sunsets and salty breezes.

The primary features a King size bed and the second bedroom features 2 queen size beds. The living room has a sofa bed. A total of 8 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped and it offers granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has an extended counter that seats 2 guests.

Dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and it offers seating for 6 guests.

Living area is open and it has a sleeper sofa with a love seat, tv and access to the balcony.

The balcony extends from the living area to the King size bedroom.

This condo offers partial views of the Gulf of Mexico and the intercoastal waterway from its south-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunsets.
