Ready to slow down, relax & unwind? Casa Adagio would love to welcome you! From the covered deck to the bright & airy open living spaces, this charming Galveston vacation home is just the place to take a break with your favorite people.

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by relaxing neutrals, comfortable seating, and pops of fresh aquas & blues throughout the home. A custom built-in is the perfect place to hang towels, drop off beach bags, or keep all your flip flops and water shoes easily accessible. The open layout is ideal for slow afternoons, reminiscing about your favorite vacation memories, or enjoying a family movie night together.

The updated kitchen boasts crisp white cabinetry, a light aqua subway tile backsplash, French door refrigerator for easy storage, and an island that’s perfect for prepping or serving casual meals. The nearby dining table has a unique antiqued patina and easily seats 6 in a mixture of chair & bench seating. Additional seating at the island is great for early risers and quick snacks.

Speaking of early risers...3 private bedrooms ensure that everyone can rise at their preferred time without disturbing the rest of their friends or family. The primary suite features an elevated king bed, TV, and en suite full bath with a walk-in shower. Just down the hall you’ll find the queen bedroom with a raised bed, and the bunk room with 2 twin bunks - perfect for kids or teens! The nearby hall bath features a tub & shower and plenty of counter space for toiletries.

Guests can gather on the deck for morning coffee and a view of sunrise over the Gulf or spend an afternoon lounging in the warm sunshine. Ready for a little more activity? Head over to the public beach access or take a drive along the coast and spend the day shopping & eating your way through Historic Downtown Galveston.

Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.

Rick’s Beach Rentals is another West End favorite for renting golf carts, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach wheelchairs and more. They’ll drop off & pick up right at your beach house, so all you have to do is enjoy!

ATTRACTIONS & ACTIVITIES
On the West End, you’ll find miles and miles of beaches, birding sanctuaries, boat ramps, great fishing spots (beaches, bay & canal) as well as restaurants, groceries, gas and banking.

In-town attractions are an easy, short drive away – The Galveston Island Historic Pleasure Pier, Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Historic Downtown Galveston, the Tall Ship Elissa at Pier 23, and many others.

PROPERTY CARE & HOUSEKEEPING
All Sand `N Sea Properties are non-smoking.

Our Housekeeping and Inspecting teams take care of preparing each home before every guest. They follow current CDC and Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) guidelines.

Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Standard beds will already be made, ready for your arrival. Bunk beds and sleeper sofas will have a freshly laundered linen bundle available for your use.

We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so all homes include a set of starter supplies: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Sand 'N Sea Properties is committed to good neighbor policies that provide the best experience possible for our vacation rental guests and our island neighbors. We share neighborhood HOA policies & city ordinance information with each of our guests via our rental policies, text & email reminders, and our Guest Portal.

We welcome family groups and responsible adult guests where leaseholders are a minimum of 25 years of age. Parties, reunions, proms and other gatherings are not allowed at any Sand `N Sea vacation homes.

Great location. 2 min straight shot to the beach. Neighborhood is nice and close enough to town that you don't feel isolated. I would stay here again

Great location and great property!
Loved the property and location!! Easy check in and checkout process! The property was clean and very nice as far as style and setup! Just a quick drive to the north end of the island and other activities. Plus, you are right across from the beach and beach parking if you don't want to walk.

Too Short.
The location was great. Had a problem with our bed in master bedroom ended up sleeping separately on the couches. They tried to fix it. I suggest they put the money up for a new bed. Its put together with 1×2.

Very nicely decorated and well maintained property. Wish the location was not on a noisy busy road. However, loved the beach view and close proximity to the beach. Would recommend.
