Great property, just a few steps to the beach

We had a great stay, the property delivered as listed and commutation throughout was excellent. Would definitely recommend shore thing for a great week in Ocean Isle.

Great Stay at Ocean Isle

Had a great trip to Ocean Isle and the place was an easy, quick walk to the beach. Ryan was very communicative and checked in at multiple points during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Our family had a wonderful stay. The beach home was lovely and exactly as shown in the pictures, with quick access to the beach. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen and plenty of seating space for our family of 10. We enjoyed the comfortable beds with a bathroom for each bedroom. Ryan, our host, was so attentive to all our needs. We would definitely choose this wonderful beach home again!

Incredible Experience @ OIB!!

This house is the best. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 kids. Great location close to the beach access also a big perk having the waterway in the back yard. Having most all the beach accessories at the home was a big help for our family!! Access to the beach front pool was a huge hit for the kiddos!!

Great House!

Large enough to accomodate family. Nice front porch. Quiet street. Super easy and fast walk to the beach access. Will choose this house every time!

AMAZING PROPERTY

This beach house is absolutely on point and very nice. We enjoyed the outside covered deck and easy access to the beach. The house accommodated our family and loved having ensuite bathrooms! The owner is very responsive and accommodating. We will be back! :)

Our shore vacation

This was the perfect place for our family. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood but only a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was so nice and had plenty of room for our family of seven. Really nice comfortable furniture and everything you need for a nice vacation. We loved the front porch. That was our go to place. Ryan, the host was great. He was so accessible anytime I had any questions. I would highly recommend this house. We hope to be stay there again.

Great family week 2024

Our family had a fantastic time in this lovely beach house. The house was an easy walk to the beach even for our 3 year old twins. The house was perfect for our family. The communication prior to check in and during our stay was excellent. We had a small issue with the dishwasher but was fixed that day .Great memories of our trip to OIB.

The house is exceptionally nice. The two living spaces gave us a space for adults and a place for kids to play xbox/playstation. Keeping with that thought though, there are no televisions in the two main floor bedrooms. Something to think about when assigning bedrooms. Love that each bedroom has a full bathroom. Everything was great as a whole, but the pool is about a mile away and there is no parking, so rent a golf cart as early as possible. There is shopping, restaurants, a small arcade, ice cream all w/in a mile. Everything you need for the beach is provided i.e boogy boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and even toys for the little ones. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved our stay here! This was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Beds, pillows and linens were comfy and plentiful. Ryan was communicative and welcome. Would recommend!

Exactly as advertised. Great stocked kitchen. Every beach item imaginable. Three minute walk to the beach and a cart for your gear. Owner was super responsive. We will rent here again.

This property and its manager were just fantastic. They cared about US. They cared about our experience. Even the knives were new and sharpened! I know not everyone loves to cook - but that is my love language while on vacation. Everything I needed in the kitchen was there.Thank you for making this trip memorable - for three generations.

Host is amazing with communication and helpfulness with anything you might need or want. Kitchen is very well stocked with more than you’ll need. Layout of the house is great with beautiful furnishings!! Everyone has their own bathroom which is a huge bonus. Beach closet was wonderfully stocked with toys, plenty of great chairs, umbrellas, coolers and corn hole game. Beach is right around the corner within a very short walk. Loved the wide beach at low tide. We enjoyed the gas grill and both water hoses. Front porch is very comfortable with a safety gate at the stairs. We also loved having the inside staircase that is air conditioned!! It made packing and unpacking the car much more pleasant in the heat. You can’t see the beach from the house but all the amenities and proximity to the beach make it a wonderfully comfortable and enjoyable place to stay for your beach vacation.
