Jobo 9 is a fully remodeled condo situated in Reserva Conchal, Costa Rica’s premier gated community. The spacious three-bedroom plus office (with small bedroom potential) layout, provides ample space for you and your family or friends. Professionally managed by Krain Vacation Rentals, Jobo 9 comes with all the comforts of home, including a vibrant 75” QLED Smart TV in the main living area, and 55” QLED Smart TVs in all bedrooms.

The Jobo condominium complex has a private pool and, of course, you also have access to an amazing Beach Club for the duration of your stay. The Beach Club, located right on Playa Conchal features a restaurant, gym, and spa, and there are kayaks and stand-up paddle boards available for your use.

Beautiful space to enjoy pura vida :)

Accomodations & view as beautiful as shown in listing, immaculate, everything in working order, we would stay again in a heartbeat! For consideration, no stocking of basics (oil, salt, sugar, condiments etc), & no easy access to same, so come prepared! Great food at the Reserva Conchal Beach Club, easy walk downhill, relatively convenient shuttle back up the hill to condo. If we are so lucky as to return, we would plan to rent either a golf cart (preferred) or car for transportation both on & off the Reserva. In addition, for those seeking information about the Wildlife Refuge Trail, connect with the Reserva Conchal Concierge...$10 pp entrance fee & it is a bit of an ordeal to get to the entrance. Whilst we enjoyed our hike along this trail, we did not end up concluding that it was appreciably "better" than other trails for wildlife viewing. Riserva Beach Club, awesome! Playa Conchal, sublime. Note: only snorkel masks available, no snorkels nor fins. Kayaks & life jackets plentiful, 1 hour time slots the "norm". Easy, safe & well organized tour scheduling service available from Erik Garcia Playa Conchal (Facebook & website searchable) located on beach in front of Westin or accessible via Whats App.

Staying at Jobo 9

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo truely is beautiful, the layout, the furnishing, completely equiped kitchen, and great view.Closest Condo facility to the beach.The only negative to the time there was that it coinsided with replacment of the roofing materials which made for a couple of very noisey days and debris falling everywhere. However owner was very responsive with apologies, and with amiacable solution, and gift.

Absolutely amazing vacation.

My kids had an amazing time at the gorgeous beach and pools. We also saw monkeys, deer and animals we have no idea what they are. It was epic and I would give ten stars if I could.
