Slice of Paradise

This home was amazing as was our host! We cannot wait to go back and make more memories as a family. This was our first stay in Key Colony and it was truly a magical week.

Amazing home base for our annual trip

Super clean and with working and high quality amenities in a location that’s hard to beat for ocean access. Could use a few more sleeping options for a trip with a lot of people.

Wonderful, relaxing and wonderful space for family and friends

We stayed here on Spring Break with family and friends and found the place a great place to sleep, eat, swim, meet, play games and of course break up into smaller groups when needed. Wonderful new place, great showers (especially outdoors) and a quiet and enjoyable neighborhood.

The Perfect Family Vacation!

Amazing experience at the perfect vacation home! Key Colony is our favorite place to stay in the Keys and this house goes above and beyond on design and space for entertainment! We had 4 adults and 3 kids in the house and everyone was comfortable with their own space. We can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic Spring Break . . . or anytime!!!

This home has EVERYTHING you could ask for in a vacation rental. Loved everything about it. Attention to detail is unmatched. It’s already booked up for the summer or I would rent it again. We will definitely return to this property.

Feels Like A Private Resort

Our family stayed here during Thanksgiving week. This home is stunning! The entire house, including the outdoor living areas, are beautifully decorated. The kitchen had every amenity we could think of. We rented a boat for our stay and the location on Vaca Cut is ideal. Our host manager, Erin, was responsive and so helpful. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect vacation house!

Our family of 4 shared this house with another family of 4. The house was amazing with lots of amenities, everything you need for a large group vacation. Very clean and welcoming. The kitchen and outdoor space can’t be beat. We docked our boat and it was a very easy process. Ideal location to get out on both the Atlantic and Gulf within minutes. Highly recommend this house. We’ll be back for sure!

The Perfect Week

Each year we travel with a group of friends during Spring Break. This year we decided to visit the Florida Keys and discovered this house while searching for a place to call home for the week. This house is stunning and the location was amazing. Erin was so accommodating and pleasant to work with and the house was everything and more.Our family and friends enjoyed the amazing pool, gorgeous house with fantastic outdoor living space, we even were fortunate enough to see a manatee by the dock. We had the best time and would love to visit again!

Fantastic Property - The Keys made EASY!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The description didn't do it justice. If you are looking to have a great retreat and/or host a party this place CAN NOT be beat. The A/C runs cold, the house is completely updated, and the entertaining space is unbeatable. Erin communicated the entire time.

Home away from home

We had the most amazing time this house is absolutely the most amazing house we have stayed in. We have been coming to Marathon for the last 12 years and this by far felt the most like a home. My husband couldn’t stop telling all our friends. We celebrated my birthday and it was perfect. This house is located in a perfect location to access the gulf or Atlantic even both in the same day like we did.

Amazing property!

Highly recommended property! The space was very clean, well appointed with every amenity you could ask for and gorgeously decorated. Its location in Marathon can't be beat as you have immediate open water access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic. Communication with the property manager Erin was phenomenal and she went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Checking in and out is stress free and went seamlessly. We make multie trips to the Keys each year and would certainly stay here again. Its a beautiful home priced appropriately in an amazing location, you really can't go wrong!

I will say hands down this is the MOST beautiful house I have ever stayed in. There is absolutely nothing missing from this house. It is so beautifully decorated with high end finishes and gorgeous decor. Everything is so perfectly laid out. The flow of the house is perfection and every room is meticulously thought out and decorated. There is everything you could need….blankets, games, towels, pool towels, pool toys, kitchen is fully stocked, tvs everywhere. I cannot talk about how spectacular this house is! The pool area is like having a whole other house. Comfortable seating, lounge chairs, bbq, sink, refrigerator, shower. If you are the there to fish, again this house is equipped with top notch equipment such as a cleaning station, hose, commercial ice maker. There is a huge balcony which has its own seating. Every space in this house is intentionally designed for enjoyment and comfort. Each room is so spacious and has its own bathroom as well as an extra bathroom and a half. This is the perfect house for a group of family and/or friends that allows everyone enough space to feel like they are staying alone. The location is wonderful. Close to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Key Colony Beach has parks and other activities.Our host Erin is AMAZING! She reached out to me asking if I needed anything and I didn’t need to bother her for anything because everything is at your fingertips. This house is worth every penny! Erin was great to work with!!

You never know how a place is gonna look until you get there. The photos always make it look better than it really is. Is this case, the place was better than we thought it would be! We traveled with 3 couples and had other friends come in for a couple of days and go to make room for other friends. The 4 bedrooms worked perfectly for this and the primary suite on the first floor worked perfectly for the couple that needs a little more quiet time than the rest of the group. The upstairs primary bedroom was for my wife and I and included a giant shower with 2 heads. The great room was the focal point of the whole place. You could be in the kitchen and be a part of the conversation in the living room. The kitchen has a bar counter, ice maker, fridge, mini fridge for drinks, wine cooler, 3 sinks and a WOLF stove top and oven. We didn’t even know what to do with all of this! The dock easily accommodated our 37’ boat and was very close to Capt Hooks for fuel and the bait barge was at the end of our channel. The garage had a commercial grade ice machine with at least a 300lb capacity that kept the boat’s fish boxes iced down the whole time and never ran out. It would make 300lbs each day which was more than we needed. Water pressure at the dock was great too for cleaning the boat each day. I didn’t use the lift because I wasn’t sure of its capacity but I checked and it does work. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay and I’ll definitely be back!
