Beautiful Newer 4/4 Home w. Dockage & private pool

Must See Stunning 3095 Sq. Ft 4/4 SFH on ground level with pool, 45 ft of dockage, outdoor kitchen and access to the ocean by boat.

This gorgeous property features an open floor plan with elegant furnishings, state of the art kitchen with Viking appliances and an induction cooktop, quartz countertops, a wine cooler, White polished stone floors, and a vaulted ceiling in the living room, tray ceilings in dining room, master and Foyer. There is a large outdoor, screened in, entertaining space with a built-in grill. With a Charcoal Grill to be used outside. Fill up your boat cooler using the commercial ice machine in the garage. Enjoy a relaxing day kayaking with the two kayaks provided with the rental.

Each room has a king-sized mattress. The 4th bedroom by pool also has a pull-out sleeper sofa. Each room has its own bathroom. There is a pool table for your use off the kitchen area. The shower in the Master Bath has 5 separate shower heads. Amazing

The Canal has 3 Fish lights to watch the fish at night. There is a fish cleaning station at the dock. There is a fridge and freezer in the garage to store your bait/fish.

This home is centrally located to everything in Marathon. You are just minutes from Sombrero Beach and all of the shopping and attractions. You will be right in the heart of paradise. This house has spared no expense in being its very own paradise, you will never want to leave!

**Important Notices**
Min. Booking age is 28 years old
Pool will be heated with an additional cost of 200.00 per week. Please contact our agent for more information.
Home has a max occupancy of 10 people no matter the age.
One boat two Trailers and three vehicles will be allowed per stay.
Check in is at 4 pm and access information given 24 hours before arrival.
Quality Control Staff will be checking the property the day of arrival to ensure your check in experience is memorable.
Home has outside surveillance cameras.
The boat lift is not for guest use.
Towels and Linens are provided.
A starter Kit of toiletries are provided.
We also ask that you do a Saturday to Saturday booking unless you can match up with the existing reservation or speak with the agent.

Family vacation

My family and I had the best time and truly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and was made to feel like home away from home. Management was awesome! She was very helpful and quick with response anytime that we had questions and we would most definitely return to this property.

Two weeks in Marathon

We stayed for two weeks and it was great! Lots of space and very relaxing. Grocery store was close, pool was warm and the shower in the primary made it feel like home.

The house is wonderful, great location, the communication was excellent. Master shower is great. Ice maker in garage was a plus. There was enough room to park our 25ft rental boat at dock. We will definitely stay here again

Beautiful Home away from Home

We enjoyed this spacious, lovely home, pool, outdoor shower, patio/lanai/BBQ grill… overall, one of the best VRBO vacation properties that we have stayed at! Quiet neighborhood, close to the grocery, shopping, restaurants, Sombrero beach and fishing. The kayaks were handy, and the ice machine was such a bonus! 122 Mockingbird is true to its exterior color, a ray of sunshine!

Absolute Paradise

My husband really wanted to stay at a bouche place and let me tell you this fits the bill! We switched to the week before Thanksgiving to save money and best decision we ever made. This house has everything you could ever want. It’s beautiful, it’s grand, and it’s simply perfect.

Great time

There were 8 adults, had a great time! Some suggestions though. Corn hole or other outdoorsy games, a beach umbrella and some beach chairs would be nice for people who fly and can’t bring g that kind of stuff. But the house was absolutely gorgeous!!!!!

Perfect!

Our family of 10 stayed her comfortably! It had absolutely everything we could have wanted! Bedrooms spread out, large, open kitchen/dining/living area. Pool table. Heated pool. Large screened in back porch with grills. 2 Kayaks. Only issue was hot water on one side of the house… didn’t get very warm. Otherwise this property was perfect!

Beautiful property!

We enjoyed everything about this house! It’s the perfect home away from home. Has all the amenities you would want for a vacation house & the iced machine was a huge plus for going out in the boat fishing everyday! The kitchen is stocked well stocked, nice appliances, comfortable beds & nice linens. Nice spacious screen porch, pool is very well kept. Love that all the bedrooms have king size beds & their own bathrooms. It was very comfortable for 9 people. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. Katie the property manager was very nice & easy to communicate with. It’s a beautiful home & we will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous home

Beautiful comfortable home and just as pictured. Pool was awesome and having the dock for the boat was perfect. House is listed as wheelchair accessible and for a small push chair it would be perfect. However my husband is a disabled veteran and is in a large powered chair. The door thresholds were a challenge but with extra rugs we managed to get him in and out. However there was no way to get him into any of the 4 showers. Even though we took his lift and shower chair the step down was too great and without a grab bar he was unable to get in and the shower doors too narrow for the lift. We actually got him to the outdoor pool shower and that worked with a lot of maneuvering. We obviously didn’t expect an ADA accessible house but didn’t realize from the pictures the inaccessibility of the showers. Other than that it was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Katie with the management team was terrific!

Thanksgiving in the Keys

This property is a five star property. It was everything the write up apsis it was plus more. The house was well appointed and had everything stocked for us. It was clean, well cared for and perfect for our family. We enjoyed the pool, dock, fishing, lanai and location. We will definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

Keys Paradise

This vacation home is perfect for a family get away. We had my wife and I, our 2 sons and wives, and 4 grand children aged 4 thur 12. With 4 King size bedrooms there was ample room for everyone. The living area and kitchen were great, along with the screened in porch overlooking the canal and boat dock. We brought a 26' boat and the private dock was great along with great fishing. This is a great home for families and we will stay there again. The property manager was always very helpful with any questions and was always available.

Most amazing house we’ve stayed in

We come to the Keys quite often and I must say this was hands down the best property we have yet to stay in and will definitely be back! So clean and so many amenities. My youngest son is in a wheelchair and was super easy to move him around the property (a hard thing to find in the Keys) I’ve already recommended this house to many friends. We will definitely be back!

Birthday celebration vacation

We had a fantastic experience during our stay. The property manager was absolutely above and beyond making sure we had the most amazing time during our stay, we greatly appreciate it. Thank you Katie!!! The property cleanliness was by far the absolutely very best, as well as, the most well stocked we have stayed in all our travels. We most definitely would like to come back again and would also recommend it to everyone.
