Thank you very much for your feedback. I’m sincerely sorry that the hot water heater failed during your stay. While unexpected equipment failures can happen, I understand how frustrating it was, especially with a group of seven guests. As soon as it became clear the issue couldn’t be resolved remotely, I contacted local service providers to arrange the earliest available emergency service. Unfortunately, due to limited availability, I was unable to have someone out as quickly as I had hoped. A technician was able to inspect the water heater on Saturday and determined that a component had failed. Unfortunately, the replacement part had to be ordered, so the repair could not be completed during your stay. Although I wasn’t able to resolve the problem before your departure, I did provide a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill. I also appreciate you pointing out the listing inconsistencies regarding the office, pet fee, and check-in/check-out times. Those items have been reviewed and corrected to ensure future guests receive accurate information. I’m glad you enjoyed the pool, outdoor space, updated appliances, and found the home to be clean and accurately represented in the photos. Thank you again for your comments—they help me continue improving the experience for future guests.

Thanks very much Dana for your comments and suggestions. I will definitely work on improving those items you pointed out. For one, getting some outdoor friendly dining wares … a dedicated playground or area for kids to play is also a great idea. Sorry about the patio furniture.. I will definitely make sure the cleaning crew do a much better job. I will also look into reducing the artificial flowers and any stuffed animals that are not in a display cabinet.. Thanks again!
