21st Floor condo with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This large condo comfortably sleeps 8 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion.

The oceanfront master offers a Jacuzzi tub as well as a shower.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and a large flat screen tv.

The 3rd bedroom has a twin over twin bunkbed.

The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed.

All bedrooms have large flat screen TV's.

This was a well kept unit. The view was spectacular and it was well stocked and clean. It was conveniently located near elevators which made a quick trip to the pools and beach. Well furnished so everyone was comfortable in the evenings. The resort is fairly close to most stores, restaurants and attraction. Hope to stay again sometime!

Very clean property! The closet was full of beach essentials (umbrella, chairs, mats etc). Stocked kitchen and plenty of space! Great view and big balcony!

Dirty and broken

After 20mins of my baby crawling around he turned black the floors were filthy but wife couldn't wait so we bought a mop and bucket and and cleaned it ourselves.The washer was filthy and stinky so we had to clean that too but it didn't help now our clothes smell like mildew. Also our dishwasher was broken. Didn't get a new 1 until Thursday spent most of the time washing dishes for a family of 8 with a tiny sink and without a drying rack. They didn't install the new 1 correctly and it was falling out of the cabinet making it hard to use.

Needs updated and deep cleaned.

This place needs a good deep cleaning and updated. There was a cabinet door broken, the dishwasher would come out of the wall when you tried to load it, and there was splotches of who know what on the walls and curtains that were not cleaned, and the bathroom door was hard to get to lock. We paid 99 to check in at 12 and when we walked into the room was not cleaned at all. They finished cleaning at 3:45ish range and I didn’t get the full refund only 90. The owner did communicate with me but the cleaners informed us they were never asked to clean the unit early. The pictures are old pictures and it is not as nice as pictured. Will not be staying here again.

Resort great! Unit needs some work

The Majestic Resort is great I would stay again, but not so sure about this unit specifically. The property is well maintained and has a very family friendly feel. The pools were busy but not crowded. The beaches do get crowded because of the public access on each side, but it was still beautiful well-kept. As for the actual unit- it could use a VERY deep cleaning and some repairs. As mentioned in previous reviews it appears to have mold issues, and is just generally ready to be renovated/repainted and repaired. The unit had just been cleaned when we got in- we could smell the products, but it was still pretty dirty. There were dirty handprints on the doors/walls and random pieces of trash throughout. It also appears the dishwasher doesn’t work but the dishes had still been put away, and had moldy food residue leftover in them. The patio furniture outside is broken with the exception of four chairs. There are still many positives; the kitchen is stocked with baking and cooking materials, the beds are comfortable, there is some beach gear left to use in the primary closet, the primary closet pretty perfectly fits a pac-n-play, and the view from the balcony is INCREDIBLE and stays pretty shaded most of the day!Shops and restaurants are easily walkable from the unit. Many have mentioned the elevators- we did not have any issues with long waits for the elevators other than check-in day. Security in and out of the parking garage was easy and security was present all week.

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with our extended family of 8. The condo was clean for the most part. The beds (minus the hide-a-bed) were comfortable. The biggest issue we had was the dishwasher didn’t work. We did message the company but nothing was done. This definitely wasn’t a huge deal in the grand scheme of things and it had a very minor impact on our time spent there. The location was great. The elevators worked well and we had no issues with getting one after waiting for a couple of minutes. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future. Thanks!

Moldy mayhem

As soon as we walked in there was an odor. We just thought it may be the air conditioning. Upon further inspection the floor has mold on it. There was evidence they knew about it because you could tell that they tried to clean the ceiling with mop or something the mold was all over the ceiling as well..

The issue we had was with the elevators at Majestic Tower. 3 out of 4 elevators were out or getting stuck the majority of our stay, which makes staying on the 21st floor difficult. The condo was fine. There really needs to be some updates done, but we still enjoyed our stay. Property needs to be checked for broken lamps, switches and outlets not working and definitely wear and tear. Again, I hate sounding critical because we had a great time at the beach this week, but these are things I wish I had known. Pros are great view and location. Cons are I feel like the Majestic Resort has really gone down in cleanliness and quality since we were there last. Even if I wanted I could not give this any higher rating until my parking money is returned. I registered 3 vehicles before going. Upon arrival the third car was not even showing on registration. Even though I had my receipt and email showing all three vehicles registered and paid for the security would not let the vehicle go through until I had re-registered the third vehicle again which charged me for a fourth vehicle. After two days of dealing with it I was told I would get refunded but it may take 3 weeks. Not holding my breath. Just frustrated. If I never receive the refund I will not stay at Majestic again. If I receive the refund I will come back on and edit my review. Hope this helps others looking to stay at majestic.

Very nice 😊 Wonderful view, beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Washing machine needs attention. I ran 2 cleaning cycles but it still left clothes smelling musty stinky.EvevElevators were super slow

Great Place To Stay

It was a nice place to stay and I would stay here again. The people we rented it from was very nice when I called to talk to them. They were very helpful. Most days we were there they had red flags and double red flags we only got to go to the ocean 1 day but we had a great time anyways. We went and swam with the dolphins at Gulf World that was amazing. We rented a golf cart and cruised around on it 1 day. We went on the skywheel. We went to the upside down house and the kids had a great time and 1 day we went and played glow in the dark mini golf. This condo was a nice relaxing place to end our day.

The room was a nice size. Furniture and decor were worn out. Mold was in master bedroom closet. The room smelt musty from the moment we walked in.

Disappointing

We have been visiting and staying oceanfront in the panhandle for almost 40 years. This is the first time we have ever been disappointed enough to write about it. The great is...the view, the view and the view and the proximity to everything you need. The not great...the very not great...we checked in Saturday for a week's stay. Of course like everyone else, we went to the store and stocked up for the week. The refrigerator was not cooling at all and the freezer was freezing up. It kept having a layer of ice on the bottom. Called and texted mgmt. Several times. Though they were initially responsive in responding to my text, they did nothing about our request until again on Wednesday, I pointed out that our vacation was more than half over and we were still living out of a cooler. Just unacceptable. They finally sent up a couple guys w another fridge that they plugged in the dining room. They said they had been there a few times in the past 2 weeks working on the fridge. Come On People, replace the darn thing!! The dishwasher needs to be height adjusted. You can't turn it on without using a knife to slide in to turn it on. My last frustration and a pretty big one when entertaining a party of 5....is an ill-equipped kitchen. The largest skillet was a single egg skillet. A mish mash of utensils. A 2-slice toaster that only toasts on one side is fun. Can you imagine if you had 8 people staying? Making toast for breakfast would be a part time job!

Nothing But Issues

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we found the door unlocked and the batteries dead in the lock. We informed them about this issue and the only response back was "Did you get in?". So we ended up buying batteries ourselves and putting them in. The Refridgerator hardly kept things cool and when we brought that up to them, the response back was "well you can't use it on a cooler setting. Turn it back down to where it was set at (2 out of 5)". So we froze water and rotated it around from the freezer and the refridgerator the entire time we were there to have cold perishables. The dishwasher only sanitized dishes and didn't wash anything. We had to make sure the dishes were clean before we put them in otherwise we would have to wash them again by hand. The internet hardly ever worked, and when we brought it up they said they'd send someone to take care of it but no one ever came. The A/C didn't work when we arrived. It took 3 attempts to get maintenance to come out before they sent someone. The first attempt was Monday and they didn't come until Thursday. The floor was dirty making white socks brownish black. Also, some of the dishes were dirty, and every once in a while we got a whiff of mold in the queen bedroom just inside the front door on the right. Lastly, the couches in the living room were both extremely used and old to the point the cushions were almost flat. Although highly disappointed in the company renting the condo for the condition of the condo and lack of good communication. Despite all that, we were very happy with Majestic Resort and the height of the condo on the 21st floor.
