Scottsdale Old Town Haven is a wonderful townhome with lots of features and amenities making it the perfect choice for your Scottsdale getaway. You'll be situated in the popular Old Town Scottsdale area, putting you within walking distance to many popular attractions and exciting activities.
This two-story townhome features 1,600 square feet with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms to sleep up to four guests.
You'll enter through the front door, stepping into the living room area, followed by the kitchen and dining areas.
Living Room: This room offers a large sectional sofa, an electric fireplace and a Smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped, the kitchen features newer appliances including a glass top five-burner stove and a spacious breakfast bar with seating for two.
Dining Room: The dining area features a table and seating for six guests.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Suite (upper level) — King-size bed, walk-in closet, the ensuite bathroom offers two sinks and a spacious shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) — Two XL twin beds, the ensuite bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
Half bath on the main level
Outdoor spaces:
Enjoy spending time outside on the patio featuring outdoor furnishings and a fire pit.
Community amenities:
Take advantage of the community amenities including a pool and hot tub.
