What a great place to stay. Close to the stadium entertainment, restaurants and shopping. The condo was clean and had enough pots and pans available if we wanted to eat in. We enjoyed the gym and spent lots of time around the pool area. Will definitely be back next visit to Phoenix!

Quiet neighborhood, convenient location

This condo worked very well for a week stay. There are nearby grocery stores, restaurants, and lots of things to see. Using VRBO rather than getting a hotel allowed me to pack fewer clothes and easily do a load of laundry, and to be able to have breakfast and a few light meals there rather than always having to eat out. We enjoyed our stay.

A Comfortable Home-base for a Visit to My Hometown

My husband, granddaughter and I went to Phoenix to visit family and the condo was in a perfect location. It was in a quiet neighbohood, easily accesible and the perfect size for our small group. The house was very nice. You can not beat the location for any sporting events in Phoenix. We were there for the NASCAR race (10 min drive) but State Farm Stadium is only 3 mins down the road. We had an issue with the AC but the owner/manager got it fixed as quickly as they could.
