6D River's Edge - Downtown condo on the river

Located just off of River Road next to the sky lift that goes to the skybridge, this unit is a quick walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer. River's Edge Condos are a great place to call home during your Gatlinburg vacation. River's Edge Condos are nearly new and offer a fully stocked kitchen, a nicely furnished living area complete with a seasonal gas fireplace and cable/smart TV. The Bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV. Full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy the relaxing view and sounds of the Little Pigeon River from your semiprivate balcony or while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. This condo also has a washer/dryer combo for your use. There is an elevator for use on the property as well as a ramp. There is parking for one vehicle per unit. Please message with any questions you have. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. PLEASE NOTE *PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED* Subject to fine and guest must vacate immediately. Emails received after 4pm will be responded to next business day.

Great property in middle of Gatlinburg

2nd time we’ve stay here. Great central location in the heart of Gatlinburg. Love this place.

Family Friendly - Close to Strip!

We were a family of 4, with two kids under 7 years old. Great condo for our small group. Location cannot be beat with a small walk to the strip.

Great week in the mountains

This was our 2nd time staying here. We spent our 25th anniversary here. Wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else. Perfect location to stay local or ride out to the sights.

Couples Weekend

This condo is in an excellent location and super convenient to most places downtown. The condo was very nice and clean. The furniture was comfortable. A great set up for a one bedroom. There was everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Great central Gatlinburg location

Loved the property. Just next to the Mystery Mansion (haunted house) on the creek that runs through Gatlinburg . Very convenient to everything in Gatlinburg. Parking is very tight. Only 1 space per unit. Would love to stay there again. Highly recommended.

Convenient Location

The condo itself is great and in a super convenient location. We would likely not stay here again due to the fact we could hear every move and step from the condo above us and kept us up every night as they must have had kids running around. The haunted mansion attraction next door also plays super loud music until late.

Great location !!

What a nice little spot on the river and central to almost everything Gatlinburg has to offer… we loved sitting out on the deck and listening and watching the water roll down the rocks a very nice place. We will visit this place again !!!

Great place

Only thing I think they should do is get some darkening curtains for the bedroom to much light for trying to sleep and the sheets were a little rough but besides that everything was really nice.

Convenient Location

Property is along river in the middle of Gatlinburg making it so convenient to easily walk to any shop or restaurant and quickly get into the park, skipping the traffic. Condo was as the pictures described. Had a little issue with a sink that the property manager quickly handled. The haunted mansion property is adjacent so sitting outside on the balcony is a little spooky hearing the creepy sounds... Otherwise had all we needed for a fun weekend at a cost comparable to a hotel room.

River Road Rest

This was the perfect place to stay in Gatlinburg to enjoy all the excitement with no traffic or parking issues. We walked everywhere which was a good thing because we stayed during the busiest week of the year. The condo was quiet, warm and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and the fireplace.

Pleasantly surprised

Perfect park and walk location! My wife and I were only in town for a few days and didn't plan on driving anywhere. It's off the main drag, quiet and well hidden from the bustle of Gatlinburg. The dedicated parking is a huge plus! We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

I have stayed in and around gatlinburg for years. This property is in a great location. Easy access to the whole gatlinburg strip. New everything in the unit. Extremely clean. Great price!

This was a great location to stay in Gatlinburg! We absolutely loved it! So clean and felt like we were at home! Great communication from rental company! This location was in the middle of everything! We walked everywhere! So many options for dinner! This location is a mile from the entrance to the National park! We hiked everyday! This made our commute easy! My favorite part of the location was the river! We sat on the balcony in the evenings and enjoyed listening to the River! We saw bears multiple times! We never felt scared! The bears were scared of you! There is a full kitchen and everything you need if you want to cook! There is a washer and dryer too! I can’t wait to go back and stay here again!

Great Location for Gatlinburg Strip

The unit itself was very clean, well-kept and very comfortable. I marked down cleanliness only because the area outside the unit (stairs, patio, parking) needed a sweeping and not as nice. Also, both sides of parking for the unit are owned by the skyway so it's in kind of a weird location and makes for a more run-down looking exterior. My only knock with the unit was that the floors do not block sound from the unit above. We could hear every step from the person staying above us. Overall, we had a nice stay. Big pro is that it is one block off the main drag. You get to save the $20/day parking and walk to/from the strip anytime you want. It's also easy access to the Smokies or a drive to Pigeon Forge. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Great location/stay

We stayed here for 2 nights and found it to be a great location to Gatlinburg surrounded by a beautiful river. We were on the 2nd floor which was beautifully redone and very clean. The sofa bed was...well a sofa bed. The king bed could use a topper to give it some softness. It was EXTREMELY hard and wasn't easy to sleep on either night. Families with young children should probably stay on the lower level because we could hear a young child running around and jumping above us all night long. Other than that, the place was beautiful. It was a little difficult to find because it is tucked away near the skylift and a pay to park lot. We would recommend staying here if you want to spend time in Gatlinburg or go up into the mountains easily. The price was excellent and the check-in/out process was easy. Highly recommend.

A visit to the smokies

We chose this location because we were visiting Smokie Mountain National Park. I'm so glad this was right in town. The 4th of July week is very busy in Gatlinburg and from this location we were able to just walk to the events like the parade and we could see the fireworks from our deck!! All you need, is walking distance. The pools are further away than expected. We weren't really there for pools anyway. We did rafting out of Hartford TN and we went to some swimming holes along the river near cades cove.We did the skylift which is next to the condo and we did many shops and restaurants on the strip too. The condo is beautiful, the furniture and bed very comfortable and the bathroom is huge! Having a washer and dryer was very nice. You can pack light. Just wash your stuff there as needed. We also grilled out 1 night and the grill appears to be new. I saw a bear 1 morning from my deck here too.

Perfect Gatlinburg Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at his awesome rental. The Unit was immaculatly clean and well furnished. We loved being right over the river and sleeping with the screen door closed but porch door open to hear the peaceful river water flowing below the complex. We watched alot of men fly fishing in the river the second morning of our stay. Eo that was cool to see. The best part of the rental was the location right in the middle of the gatlinburg strip. We walked everywhere and enjoyed seeing the GB Sky Lift riders going by right to the side of the outdoor covered porch. Felt very safe and secure walking to and from the strip late at night due to the fencing around the building and the roadway leading into the building. My one and only complaint was the very noisey neighbors staying on the 3rd floor above our second floor unit. They were stomping around all day and night and you could hear every move they made in their unit most of the day and night when we were inside. We just stayed out on the porch alot. We went hiking in the GSMNP so We didnt mind the noise that much. The calm rushing water from the river drowned out the noisey neighbors. It was not very sound proof between floors to be a brand new building. We just got unlucky with very noisey upstairs neighbors. That is not the owners fault at all. So Everything else about the place was great. We would definantly stay again but only on the third floor.
