Nice 1 bed 1bath condo, 2nd floor, Mountain View. Pros - Mountain View, covered deck, room to move around inside, washer/dryer, comfortable bed, underground parking, elevator, 1 block off Main.Cons-door to deck didn’t close and latch, nor lock. This condo is directly above the trash room, which has a garage door that is activated every time trash from the condos is tossed. Very noisy, early and late hours. The dryer had a kind of screech that came and went. It was nice for the cost.

Unit needs work both leather chairs have separate tears. Two windows were broken, could not be closed, one had no screen other screen was not in the window. Did call maintenance and they were super and fixed issues. it was next day so if guests slept in front room would have been very cold. Bathtub has panel that needs to be replaced as it falls off the tib often and easily. Bathroom walls are pealing pretty bad and toliet handle needs to be held down for sometime or won’t completely flush. Location was great, water pressure was excellent and towels were fabulous. Great place/size for two people. Would not recommend for four. Parking was great, but property was pretty empty, can see how would be challenging in ski season, Probably would not stay with Great Western again. Very tight with toliet paper, etc. and check in is more challenging then other units where check in/out is the unit you reny. I know they say what they provide so I was not surprised or caught of guard. I’ve probably stayed at vrbo type places 15-20 times and only time I needed to buy toilet paper, dishwasher soap, coffee filters etc most places have staples like butter, salt, coffee, coffee filters. Maybe left by past guests but here you get nothing

As for the windows, we’re especially glad you reached out so we had the opportunity to address those issues right away. Great location for the film festival!

Perfect location, and loved having the free parking in the garage. It was a great stay! No complaints!

. Super hot at night, the thermostat didn't seem to work. Door to the balcony does not lock - safety issue. Check-in process is a giant PITA. Location was perfect for our needs

We didn’t receive any communication from you during your stay regarding the temperature or thermostat, and we would have been happy to help in real time. Opening the windows and balcony door typically helps regulate the temperature, especially in the evenings. We do want to clarify that the balcony door does have a built-in safety lock; instructions for its use are provided in the guest portal, and we encourage guests to review those details if anything is unclear. Regarding check-in, this process is managed by the HOA, which requires key cards to be issued at the building office. Unfortunately, this is not something we have control over, but it is outlined in advance so guests know what to expect. We appreciate you taking the time to leave your comments, as they help future guests plan accordingly.

Great stay!

Has everything you need! Fireplace is a nice touch. Directly across from the Lifts so extremely easy to walk Main Street or hit the slopes. The kitchen accessories are outdated (blender etc.) but other than that everything was spectacular. There are also no seasonings if you plan to cook.

Great location / park avenue lofts

5 minute walk from lifts, Main Street, grocery market, everything. Great for couple or family of 4. The only quip is the one picture of the hot tub makes it look like it’s your own private hot tub when in fact, it’s a common use hot tub a floor below off the gym. Other then, everything else was as advertised.

Great location but horrible sleep

Everything about this place was great.... except it had zero air flow, no air conditioning, even in the winter without the fireplace on the place was 90 degrees inside without the heat on. And the bed was super uncomfortable. I slept on the couch after the first night.

The location is perfect. Bed is still hard as rock. Strange wardrobe taking up space in the bedroom. Ice maker and chilled water don’t work. However, I would stay in this unit again for the location.

Great location!

Everything is as advertised! The check process was a bit tougher than expected. Granted we checked in while it was snowing quite a bit, the front desk was less than helpful. The front desk is located 3/4 - 1 mile away from 500 S. Park Ave and shlepping luggage that far in a snow storm is not possible. The attendant checking us in had little to no suggestions on ways to move about town. Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Will go back!

The apartment is showing its age & wear and tear! It's in need of a total repaint and repair. The door to the patio doesn't lock. The valance on the patio door is broken and just lying on the floor. Most of the screen windows are torn or being held together with zip ties. One of the leather recliners has a tear in the arm rest. We had NO HOT water in the shower the entire time we stayed (4-days). The location is very centrally located for the downtown district, and the below ground parking is nice. Keep in mind centrally located also means LOUD traffic noise all day long and into the evening hours. The comment below the photo captures the highlights regarding this property (location & garage)!!

Great Location but had some issues

Will start with the good. Great location close to the lifts and main street. That being said its very loud you hear everything. Condo is a good size which is a plus. Now some of the issues. It was so warm in the condo could not get the heat under control now sure the thermostat even works. Had to keep the windows open most of the time to keep it below inferno.. The condo needs to be updated a bit. The Bed is AWFUL. It was like sleeping on cement. The mattress is older than my wife and I combined. The bathroom tub/shower is in rough shape. The showerhead popped off right when I tried to use it. Maintenance fixed it right away but the side of the tub kept falling off. The dishwasher didn't work the start button was broken so didn't figure that out till the day of check out. Carpets could use a replacement as well. Its a decent place to stay that is close but could use some TLC to get it a bit cleaner and more liveable. The staff was very responsive and accommodating so that is another plus.

Nice but…

The property is in a great location. One block off Main St. Across the street from access to skiing on Peak 9. Across parking lot F to free bus stop. Great view of the mountains (as long as there’s no foliage). Overall the property is nice. But the bathroom is showing wear and tear. Paint chipped and peeling. The tub panel was loose when we arrived which my husband fixed. Exhaust fan didn’t work. Ice maker was not connected/working. And the latch in the dishwasher was damaged so it took some maneuvering to get it to latch. Had to call management office because there were no washcloths and the thermostat didn’t work. But the thermostat must have been a building issue because there were a number of open windows around the building when it was 20-35 degrees out! They provided washcloths but the thermostat was never addressed. So we opened windows to cool the condo down. There were no trash bags although there was supposed to be so we bought our own. Just would have been nice if they had notified us about the thermostat since we inquired about repairing it. In bedroom the top sheet had holes. And lighting is terrible even with the blinds open. Overall the property is nice but just don’t look too close. It could use a little TLC. My rating is based on the overall experience despite the issues we had.

Perfect location! Walking distance to peak 9 and Main Street. Under ground parking garage was awesome. Lovely view of the mountain from the bedroom window and patio.

Location Was Good, Unit Needs Work

The building itself was cute and nice, however the entire place was extremely hot. You were unable to turn the heat down in the unit. Other then that, it was a nice place to stay and a nice location and walking distance to everything. Our unit however was not nice, the tub was literally falling apart, you could see into the tub, not to mention it had nail polish marks or something all along the edge. The bed was hard as a rock and we couldn’t sleep, not to mention there was 1 light in the bedroom that barely let off enough light to see anything. The remote for the TV in the bedroom wasn’t working when we got in so we had to figure out how to fix that. I don’t believe the unit was cleaned at all before we got there, the carpet was dirty and there was hair in the shower. Definitely not worth as much as we paid to stay in the unit, especially for the deep cleaning that supposedly goes on. The door to the patio sounded like you were going to break it when you opened it. Despite everything that was wrong with the unit, the location was nice, but we definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing summer trip

We recently stayed at this condo and it was beautiful. Loved the location. It’s right on Main Street closer to all restaurants and shops. The bike rental shop was right downstairs and that made it very easy for us to rent the hike for a day. I would strongly suggest this rental unit and would love to come again :)
