Suite 104 is a single-level studio with a defined sleeping area and a kitchenette. The space is approximately 474 square feet.

The kitchenette has stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and dining for four. The kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. Central heating and a portable air cooler keep the suite comfortable year-round.
