The rental property was exactly what we needed and wanted. The rental experience was an easy experience. The rental agency checked in with us to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Would use Beachball properties again for sure. The whole process went smoothly. Beach access is very close. This is a very family friendly place to vacation. We enjoyed the pool also. We definitely plan to return to Gulf Shores and would book with beach ball properties again.

Could have been better

The house was picked up at best. There were pieces of trash and dirt on the floor. The bedroom upstairs had quite a bit of dust visible all around the wall. The blinds were torn, the doors upstairs to the bathroom did not shut properly, as well as the bedroom door upstairs. We did have issues with the toilet upstairs running and the shower upstairs was luke warm at best. Other than that, there weren't many issues. The kitchen was gorgeous and the pool was great minus the added chlorine/shocking in the middle of our trip causing us to wait 2 days to use it.

Fun Beach Stay!

Grandson's high school baseball team competed in a tournament during Spring Break and this was a perfect place for us to stay- near ball fields and short walk to the beach. Spacious, clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend it and we would rent again.

Great family vacation

Our family had a great time. The little mermaid room with small beds made my daughter's eyes light up. The pool as fun and the beach access is close by. Well maintained home and great stay.

Home away from home

The place was very nice and clean! It had everything you could want in the kitchen and had so much storage space for groceries. Great location as well!

Spring Break 2024!

We absolutely loved the place! It had everything we needed and more! Had all the dishes to cook a nice Easter dinner! Very nice stay with a pool and close beach access! Definitely recommended this place!

Family Vacation

Property was in wonderful condition. The pool was fantastic, we used it every day. The opposite site of the duplex was rented by another family member so he were able to utilize the entire covered balcony which was fantastic. We would definitely rent here again.

Great place to stay

Very close to beach access. We felt the place could have been a little cleaner. The floors needed a little more attention. Master BR was a nice size and so was the bathroom. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

A great stay at Gulf Shores

The kitchen was large and well stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. The beach access was a few houses down across the street but still close. We loved having the pool right there for easy access. Also, the kids enjoyed the area/carport under the condo and the porch where they could play even if it was raining.

Will be returning!!

We had the best time in Gulf Shores! This property is so close to the beach, which was very enjoyable. The porch was a hot commodity; very welcoming and cozy. If we had any questions or needed something to be looked at, someone was there to help asap! Highly recommend this rental!

Great place and location

Only issue was our door code not working but that was quickly resolved by calling the property manager. Also, prepare for stairs as far as young kids are concerned and carrying any heavy luggage.

Beach Getaway

We were very pleased with our rental! They had everything we needed. It was really awesome to have a wagon to use for tiring things to the beach! The box fans were another big plus in our book! Can’t sleep without the noise!

It was disappointing in every aspect to say the least. Messages seemed very automated with my named just plugged in. (Check in message indicated if we asked we could check in early z so i asked- quick message back saying they were not allowing early check in bc of busy season - so why even put it there as an option) The house had a lot of cover up landlord special vibes. There was blood or some similar stains on the bedding that we had to wash, the bathroom had loose covers over the bathtub old holes, the blinds were broken, the the neighboors chain smoked in all.common areas (pool, porch and under house) and made everything stink. They also took our grill. The kitchen did has most supplies which is about the only good thing. We stay in the area every year and definitely would not recommend or return to this property.

Great family beach trip getaway

We enjoyed our stay! Just a short walk to beach and the house was very accommodating for children. We did leave some of our belongings and the girl that I spoke with the property management company went above and beyond to help us get them back. Just for that kind a service I will look to rent again next year at this same location! :)

My friends place

The stay was great, wonderful location, just a short walk to the beach access and the pool was perfect. The unit was a duplex which we did not realize until after we got there. However, the other group was courteous and it was a great stay!

Family Spring break

Properly was great. Overall cleanliness was okay. Met family from Texas there and they shared the otherside. Loved that the deck had a gate allowing us to go back and forth.. Could of used more stocking. No coffee filters, no salt and pepper.

Nice beach condo

The condo was nice! Lots of room. We had 4 adults and 5 kids there. Pool is private with the condo next door. Only complaint is that although the ocean is right across the road, you cant get to it unless you go through other houses areas. There is a crosswalk to public beach access just 5 mins away walking. Overall a nice stay!

Lovely place that needs just a couple of tweaks

Was well appointed and clean. The queen mattresses on the first floor bedrooms need replacing (truly). Also sheet clips on the twin mattresses if they are not going to use fitted bottom sheets. We had to change the lock code a couple of times as entry was erratic. Needs a cutting board. We hope the housekeeping staff turns in the makeup bag that was left behind.

Just right for us

This home worked out perfectly for our spring break trip with two moms and four girls. We knew groups staying in other homes in gulf shores and it was easy to walk between them. Beach access was down the street but not far at all. The home itself was well-appointed and comfortable - including comfy beds. The management company was very clear about what would be provided but it still would have been nice to have more toilet paper and such. Check in and check out were simple and loved the keyless entrance. Overall a very good home for a week!

Amazing visit

What a fabulous vacation! The house was clean, large, and spacious. We came with our 3 kids, 10-15, and everyone had their own space. The kitchen was huge and allowed us to cook gourmet meals. The pool was clean, outdoor showers so helpful, and the beach wagon and toys added so much to our trip. The walk to the beach is less than 3 minutes. Really the perfect house. Any issue we had, which was small, was dealt with within minutes of us reaching out. We will definitely be returning.

We booked My Friend’s Place for a Moms weekend getaway. Beach access was closer than we expected (only 6-7 houses down). We booked this property specifically with the plan to walk everywhere, unfortunately, it rained the whole weekend, so we ventured out to further eateries/stores in the car. The variety of restaurants in the area was good, even if we didn’t go to any of them. The sleeping spaces were numerous and decently comfortable! Our only indoor complaints were the lack of toilet paper and basic spices. They provided 1 roll of TP per bathroom… without mention that we would have to provide our own. We stopped at the store on the way to the property from the airport, so we didn’t realize we needed to buy our own. They did provide salt & pepper, which is fine… but who wants to buy other bottles of spices for a 3-day trip?! (Maybe garlic & onion powder, and some cooking spray!) We did not use the pool due to the rain, but the water looked clean. The outdoor showering station was nice for rinsing off the sand (not enclosed). Only outdoor complaint is the lack of beach chairs that could be used/borrowed. We spent a lot of time on the outdoor covered porch upstairs, which was large and had plenty of comfortable seating options! Overall, it was a good place to stay!
