Long Beach Tower 3-204!! Two Bedroom!!! LAGOON POOL OPEN!!!

Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Long Beach Resort offers stunning beachfront views as well as outstanding amenities. The three gulf front pools are heated seasonally and are open all year. Enjoy poolside dining at The Hangout, which serves an assortment of sandwiches, snacks, and beverages throughout the day (open seasonally). Private beach access, hot tubs, a workout facility, and a grilling area are all available. Long Beach Resort is conveniently located near Walmart and other local dining and shopping options.

Long Beach Tower 3 Unit 204 is a beautifully renovated, fully tiled (no carpet!) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo overlooking the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, sleeps eight people and is located on the desirable 2nd floor (easy access from the stairs). Both bedrooms are Gulf-front with private access to the oversized balcony! Both bedrooms feature two queen-size beds and large flat screen televisions plus plenty of storage for your personal belongings. In addition, both guest bathrooms have a separate vanity with two sinks and glass walk-in showers.

Relax and unwind in the living room, featuring a large flat screen TV and seating for everyone, including a couch, loveseat, chair and coffee table. You'll find the fully-equipped kitchen is ideal for whipping up a delicious dinner after a day on the beach. Enjoy your meal inside at the dining room table, which has seating for six, or head out to the oversize balcony and dine while watching one of Panama City Beach's famous painted sunsets.
