Sandy Feet Retreat on Lake Winnisquam

Welcome to Sandy Feet Retreat! PLEASE NOTE THE RENTAL PERIOD MUST BE AT LEAST 15 DAYS. This five bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home sits on Lake Winnisquam is a Friday to Friday Rental! A smaller lake than it's neighbor (Winnipesaukee), but very family friendly and much less boat traffic. It is the perfect place for you to enjoy the lake with family and friends! Hang out on the 150 feet of sandy beach frontage, you will also have usage of a dock! There is a 15 night minimum stay required for this property.

This Amazing property offers fun for the whole family, enjoy the water toys, kayaks, paddle boards and more! Hang out on the large grassy yard, Enjoy some smores at the firepit outside, or just sit and sip your drink while soaking in the views from the porch with the gas firepit going, be adventurous and jump on the water trampoline, tuck those toes in the sand on the beach while reading a good book, on those warm days use the outdoor shower!

There is so much to do and explore at this home, you and your family will be ecstatic to stay here!

The Main level offers a dining area, a screened in porch set up for dining for enjoying a meal on the warm days, or even on cooler days use the heat lamps above to keep you toasty. The newly remodeled Kitchen offers a separate butlers pantry area that keeps an extra refrigerator, washer and dryer, and sink and more.

There is plenty of shelves ready for stocking during your stay. The Kitchen opens into the large living room with slider onto the back porch, the large windows allows for lots of sunshine and views looking onto the water, beach and yard. Off the living area you will find a small sitting area that leads into the large Master Suite, with a full bathroom, a built-in vanity area to do your make up and get ready for the day! Also a desk area for you to get some work done! There is glass doors from the mater suite to go outside and sit by the firepit or to enjoy the outdoors.

On the other side of the home, still on the main floor there is another full bathroom, small living room area and a large bedroom/play room, giving you a queen bed, and three bunk beds. So many toys and fun things for kids to enjoy! Upstairs you will find three more bedrooms two bedrooms with king beds and one with a queen. a large hallway and a full bathroom also upstairs.

This is a pet friendly home with prior owner approval. Please let us know, when you book, if you have a pup that you want to bring, and we will gather some information from you as well as pictures and present to the owner. There is a pet fee, that would be added to the reservation.
