Can not beat this location. Walkable shops and restaurants. Booked a boat on the beach with Caicos Island Charters with and literally walked off my back patio onto the sand and onto the boat- very clean and pool was great- travelled with 3 kids under 9 and this place was perfect!

Location is prime in Grace Bay-easy walk to grocery and many restaurants. Place was in great shape and the property was clean. Property workers were friendly and kind. Water was as promised-it is amazing. Only thing to note is that the restaurant/bar on site advertises beach service but we only saw one worker maybe two times during the stay offering this and we were on the beach many days from 8-6. So don't count on that if you are looking for beach service. Overall great stay and great place!

Truly amazing oceanfront property! Service of Villa Renaissance is above and beyond — you have the convenience and amenities of a resort with the comforts of your own condo. Almost everyone we met on property were repeat visitors and now we will be too. This unit is the perfect location between the beach and pool - within walking distance to most restaurants and shops. The unit itself is updated, wonderfully decorated and extremely comfortable. Even my extremely particular mom was raving about the cleanliness and comforts. Cannot recommend enough!

Amazing property and location!

We loved the quietness and location of this property. Just steps from the ocean on one side and steps from the pool on the other side. Great central location that was walkable to many restaurants and shops. The unit itself was just as pictured and was nicely updated and clean. The daily cleaning service was amazing! Absolutely amazing! It’s the perfect mix of condo with resort amenities. We had a private garden and walk out to the beach that our 5 and 2 yo loved and made a huge difference with our 10 month old too! Housekeeping daily was great to keep the place clean. Easy to get a chair on the beach, fluffy towels for beach and pool, super nice people. They even let us have a late check out which was incredible. We brought groceries in a suitcase and then got perishable things at the grocery store - the apartment has a little blue cart to help which was great. Minutes from great restaurants and easy to walk everywhere. It took us about 3-4 minutes to walk to castaways for live music the first night. They provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, blow dryer, laundry detergent, dish soap etc. They also provided us with a pack and play!
