Beautiful views of the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s in a great location and the view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful.

The tub wasn’t a tub need another one it use to be a hot tub needs to be taking out bed wasn’t clean

It was nice but some stuff i wasn’t pleased with

Thank you for your feedback. You are correct, the tub in the master bath is old and it was at one time a jetted tub in which the jets no longer work and it is simply advertised as a tub/shower combination, not a jacuzzi tub. As we discussed the night of your arrival the sheets did have a "pea" sized dark spot that was a permanent stain so we did change the sheets for you. Hope to have you back someday, have a great summer.

Nice view.

We had a nice stay. There was some peoples left over trash under the couch and the door handle kept falling off, but it was pretty clean and had a great view. Host was a little rude when i asked if our check for the cleaning deposit was sent out. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Warning, do not rent. Pictures deceiving.

This place needs a good remodel for the price you pay. The overall property was nice and the balcony view was great and the managers were very responsive but other than that it all goes downhill. The place smelled terribly musty/moldy the whole week we were there. The cleaning people when we were leaving told us it has been that way for a long time. The ac worked but the closet were it is was dirty and paint peeling and rusty coils. The filter was caked with dust which I requested to be changed. Paint was peeling off several walls. The jam around the front door was busted. The dishwasher did not initially work and when the racks were pulled out the whole thing tipped forward as it was not anchored to the space. The toaster did not work well and was sparking. The bathrooms were very small. The one off the bedroom the shower leaked every time it was used as the tub must tilt outward. The floor would get covered in water that we had to sop up. This has been an ongoing problem as the sink cabinet bottom was damaged from being wet. The tub was very stained and the whirlpool did not work. If I was at a hotel I would have requested a new room. The beds were very used and not supportive and need to be replaced. The carpet needed a cleaning. The couch was old and squished down when sitting and needs to be replaced. For the money paid I was disappointed and did not feel this place met Vrbo standards as it was the worst one we have been at. The parking close by was great.

We are Happy Crab Vacations. We manage rentals for 38 owners who own vacation properties and live out of state. We have over 1700 online reviews from the major rental sites as well as our own website. Our goal is to make sure that the condos are clean, the appliances work, and that the guests have everything they need. All I can ask is that you read our reviews and disregard reviews like the one you have just read. Pictures are not deceiving. They are current, less than 6 months old. The purpose of the photos is to show guests the residence they are renting. In this case the guest apparently did not look at the photos or he would have known that the bathrooms are small. He would have known that the condo was not updated with new kitchen, flooring, countertops, etc. Had he read the listing that clearly states the unit is 999 square foot he would have also realized that 3 beds/2 bath/Full Kitchen and living room in that amount of square footage is not going to be overly spacious. Instead guest chooses Guest called us within few minutes of arriving. We dispatched I believe 2 persons to check out the issues. Musty Smell - It is July. The heat index is 110 degrees. Humidity is at 100%. The residence has carpet (as can be seen in the photos he did not look at). Carpet will sometimes have a musty smell in these conditions. Two members of our staff went there within minutes of his phone call and said it was fine and sprayed Febreze The AC filter had been changed 20 days prior and is done monthly but we replaced as guest felt this was attributing to the musty smell. The AC/Hot Water Mechanical System closet is dirty. The AC unit continuously pulls air from the unit into that area and pulls all the sand, dust, etc. along with it. The fact that this closet is dirty and has peeling paint is totally irrelevant in the context of a review. There was an issue with the anchor bracket on the dishwasher and it was immediately fixed. All the other items mentioned, dripping shower, toaster, etc. where never brought to our attention. We rely on guests to report issues. In fact in our correspondence and signage we explain we encourage guests to make use aware of issues. I would much rather get a phone call that the toaster does not work than to read it in a nonsenscial 1 star review.
