This bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment offers all the amenities you'll need during your getaway or short stay in Calgary - perfect for couples, small families or groups of friends. We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood. The condo features an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry machines, a private balcony patio with a BBQ, high speed internet access and available secure on site parking.

This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.



For everyone’s comfort and in accordance with local regulations, we use a smart noise monitoring system (NoiseAware) that tracks decibel levels — not conversations — to ensure respectful noise levels are maintained.



The open concept design feels even more spacious with the floor to ceiling windows, offering fantastic views of the city! The living room has a pull out sofa bed and a 55" smart TV with Netflix. There is a dining table with space for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Plus, you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to your own personal grill!



The King sized bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and fantastic closet. This bedroom has a smart TV, and the whole condo is connected to high speed internet service. The Queen bedroom has sliding doors and comfortable bedding. The suite is also equipped with laundry machines for our guests to use.

You will have exclusive use of this apartment. There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $20.00/night. There's also paid street parking nearby. The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.



The Neighborhood:

The hip Beltline area is bounded by 17th Avenue SW, with cool boutiques selling fashion, retro furniture, vinyl and quirky gifts. Dining spans trendy taco joints, locavore eateries and Korean restaurants, while nightlife encompasses craft beer pubs, live music venues and dance clubs. There are landscaped gardens at Central Memorial Park, while nearby Stampede Park is known for the annual Calgary Stampede rodeo.

Overall the location and the condo were ok. But there was a big down fall for us. in the both beds (the mattress, sheets, pillow sheets and pillows) smelled soooo much like sweat. I had to wash the sheets and the pillow cases my self (thankfully there was laundry) because the smell was way too strong and the first night was a nightmare sleeping with that stink on my face. After washing these, it was better but you can tell that the smell is impregnated in the actually pillow and mattress. I suggest the owner give this a through clean before booking the condo again. Also, there were a few things that were broken before we arrived, like the air con cover and one of the floating shelfs.

Not available when we arrived

We did not end up staying at this property so I cannot comment on the interior of the unit at all but the apartment was not ready for us when we got there and we were told we would need to wait till after 7 PM to get in. Apparently it was being cleaned? Host was somewhat unresponsive and unaccommodating. We canceled our stay and had to find somewhere else at the last minute. It was very inconvenient.

The property and location were perfect for our stay in Calgary. The check-in and check-out process was not as accurate as described. Business may need to update their instructions. Picked up keys at convenience store, check out you had to get out of the parkade first and then go back up and leave keys. We were in a place that had a deadbolt only so left door unlocked when we left. The amenities - showers were great and they provided shampoos/body washes. The beds are soft and so are the pillows. I would suggest bringing your own pillows. But we would stay here again!

Nice stay in Beltline

Great location for enjoying Calgary. Walk to restaurants and bars. A wee bit of confusion upon check in, key fobs etc. we did receive timely responses. Overall I would recommend .

AMAZING Spring Break Location

We have nothing but good things to say about this property. It was super clean, nice, and in the best location. The manager was so helpful and nice and check in and out went very smoothly. The apartment is perfect for a trip when you want to do a lot of walking in Calgary, we did not have to uber or drive anywhere because of its central downtown location. 100% would recommend to anyone staying in Calgary!
