The property was tucked away in a very peaceful quiet location, yet close to so many wineries and stores to prepare for our visit. Our hosts were very responsive, the house was very clean, and the windows and layout of the house were perfect for us two couples. Great spot, I'd gladly book again for our next FLX trip!

We have rented many vacation properties and this was one of the most unique inside and out. The mid-century vibe of the home and the fenced in yard are great. Jess was a wonderful host and communicator.

Perfect location. Watched the sunrise over Lake Seneca every day. Quiet setting. Large back yard for dogs to run off leash. Timely communication from Jess and Patrick. Gracious hosts.

The hosts are very gracious and communication was excellent. This is a beautiful house with huge fenced yard, just outside of town, that was ideal for us traveling with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sunrises over Seneca! Situated just on the edge of town, it was extra convenient to pop back and forth as needed with a baby in tow. Tons of space to really stretch out and settle into the clean, well-appointed home. The big front yard and fenced in back yard was very much enjoyed by the furry member of our family; haven’t seen her run and play like that in some time. It was a super quiet, peaceful retreat that had the feel of family lake vacations of years past!!

The property is roomy, immaculate and well fenced in for pet travelers. Plenty of space as our dogs to run and roam. The kitchen was very functional but a bit dated. Close to all attractions and we had a very pleasant stay. All the amenitites were well provisioned for our stay. Definitely rent again.

Great house and great location (and a welcome bottle of wine!). Very clean and the grill worked (which is rare at a VRBO). We would definitely recommend the property or rent again next time.

The house felt welcoming, and the thoughtful touches like the provided towels and linens and the generous welcome kit with wine, toiletries, and kitchen essentials were truly appreciated.A few things could use some attention, including the very low stove vent, some broken tiles in the hallway, the smaller bedrooms being warm without AC, some cookware that could be replaced, a dim bedroom light, and a bit of mold around the master shower door.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and with a few updates, this place could easily be a 5 star spot.

I rented this property for a family trip, including two young boys and two dogs. The house was very spacious and the views were beautiful. The fenced-in yard was huge and very secure. It is situated along a busy road but set back far enough where it is quiet and safe. I messaged the hosts a few times with questions and they were very responsive and helpful.The only thing to be aware of is the early checkout time coupled with a substantial list of checkout tasks. That made the final day a bit hectic. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this beautiful property!

This was a wonderful retreat! I could have sat in the Adorandac chairs for a week! My dog loved the back yard, I got great sleep, so peaceful.

Great place to stay!

Location was very easy to get to, property was lovely and very clean! Our dogs loved the backyard to run in, too! Beautiful views as well. Property management was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend and will stay again if ever in the area in the future!

Great location with privacy

Comfortable home with a short drive to downtown Geneva - but situated in a rural spot with lovely views and privacy - the short distance to Hobart William Smith made the weekend back and forth from campus so convenient and relaxing -The dogs loved the large, well fenced back yard!

Geneva stay

Nice little ranch with a MCM vibe. Comfortable beds, clean, large front yard for the dog who likes to play ball, great location close to Geneva and Seneca Lake wineries. Will rent again when in the area.
