Trillium at Cherokee Village is a rare, newly updated modern home with comfortable furnishings, decor and artwork. As you enter you’ll be taken away with an entire wall of windows with an amazing view of Lake Thunderbird.

The kitchen has quartz countertops and new appliances and stocked with every tool and utensil you will need to cook a gourmet meal for the entire family, including a crock pot, blender, mixers and electric skillet and a mobile bar for mixing cocktails.

Just off the kitchen the large primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed with fluffy down alternative comforters and soft bedding, the primary also has a day bed with a trundle bed for kids and adults or use the day bed for those times when you just want to kick back and read a book and enjoy the view.

The upstairs bathroom connects the primary bedroom to the living space and has a tub with a shower. Both bathrooms come fully stocked with designer toiletries, Belgium bath and hand towels.

Each room in the house has a smart TV with Roku so you can enjoy your all your favorite streaming services. The living room has a large 70” TV for all to enjoy.

The upstairs living room has a queen sleeper sofa with consumers digest top rated mattress from West Elm. Trillium has high speed internet for your mobile devices.

A large dining table and buffet add extra entertaining space across from the fireplace with an electric insert that warms and gives you the lighted ambiance.

The second floor has another cozy bedroom with a queen bed, next to it another living room with a queen sleeper sofa and a warming electric fireplace and large tv, a coffee bar and some added video games for all to enjoy including a video arcade game with over 13 different games. The downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Walk out either patio, relax on the loungers or take a stroll down to the lake. Welcome to Trillium at Cherokee Village, your home away from home.

Perfection!

This was honestly the best rental we could have asked for! The scent of the home alone was enough to make me want to keep coming back! The home was well stocked with everything we needed and the location was perfect. The lake access was amazing and the hosts were so easy to stay in contact with. Our snack basket they provided us with was so thoughtful as well. This will most likely be our yearly choice for vacation!

Weekend Family Getaway

This is our second time staying. Love being able to just walk out the back door and jump in the lake. Patrick was super responsive to messages and we even got an earlier check in time! We made some awesome memories and plan to be back!

Better than expected!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this property! The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, and the kitchen was so well-stocked that we didn't have to worry about anything. Patrick was incredibly responsive and helpful, always checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area and fishing the lake! We loved loved the special touches in the home from local artisans, shops, etc. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for opening your home to ours for a memorable family spring break!

This is a modern gem directly on Lake Thunderbird! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in The Natural State, swimming, fishing, and kayaking off of the dock on the property. At the end of each day, we relaxed on the deck or in the comfortable living areas, playing games or watching movies. The owners were great with communication, making check-in a breeze. They stock the house with basic necessities to cook a nice meal and have new appliances throughout. We enjoyed their stylish design, and I'm excited to shop one of their favorite artist's pieces for our own home! Awesome, generous hosts, comfortable & modern house, and all in a quiet neighborhood with lots of things to do. Trillium made our family vacation great!

Another great stay!

This was our second time down and it did not disappoint! The owners had everything there that you’d need. The streaming TVs were even more improved from last year. Spent lots of time outside by the lake and on the decks. The turtle dock was our favorite environment! We will be back!!

Perfect Stay

My wife and I have stayed at this home twice now and both times thought it is the best VRBO property we have ever stayed at hands down. The home is perfectly located on the lake with great access. The home is well equipped with all you need, it does not just have the minimum kitchen ware and supplies. We plan to book this property again soon. The property owners do an amazing job presenting and staging their beautiful home. Other VRBO owners could learning from these guys.

Easily the best we’ve stayed at in CV!

Totally renovated and beautiful! Well stocked in all areas. Great tvs, streaming access, great wifi even down to the dock. Loved the Adirondack chairs on the deck and by the lake (too hot for the fire pit!). Lake was perfect, even caught a few fish. Great place to watch the sunset and storms roll in. We were lucky enough to meet the owners, they are the best! We never had any issues but they responded fast to restaurant recommendations and general questions. Great for families, we took the main floor and our teenager had the lower floor to himself. We will definitely be back!

Perfection on the water!

We were looking for a nice place, close to Hardy, where we could relax and enjoy our time with friends, and easily get to the Spring River for trout fishing. We could not have found a more perfect place. The home is beautifully decorated, well appointed, and comfortable. And the decks overlooking the lake!! I could spend a month on them. Every room offers beautiful views of the lake. Communication about check-in, etc. was friendly, complete, and timely. We had a little problem with the door code (entirely user error), and the hosts were very responsive. The “welcome basket” was an added bonus that was so thoughtful. They don’t miss a thing, making the stay even more enjoyable. We have stayed a number of places in and around Hardy, and this was by far our favorite. We will be back, soon!

Trillium was established in 2022 by David and Patrick of Memphis. We have always enjoyed traveling and throughout the years we have stayed at other numerous homes like Trillium.

Our first visit to Cherokee Village we immediately fell in love with the small-town feel, friendly residents and beautiful landscape. Every detail of Trillium has been fun to create, including adding local art, nature art by one of our favorite artists from Mississippi Walter Anderson, to the fun photo wall, we want you feel inspired and take in all the natural beauty that surrounds the home.

Trillium is a plant commonly found in the Ozark's and among one of the favorites to see while on a trail. Their blooms can either be showy or obscure, and their colors can paint a hillside. The trillium flower is eye-catching and have three petals and three sepals and will bloom in the spring. Taking notes from our travels we added our own touch and put our love of nature, decor, artwork, and amenities into Trillium that we would expect from a high-end hotel or resort. We appreciate fine art, scents, comfortable furniture and linens, all making for a great getaway experience.
