The house was perfect for 2 families to share and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. It was chillier than we expected but the fire pit allowed us to have some nice evening outdoor time. We had a very nice week!

Location of this house was amazing! We could easily walk to the beach and even pop back and forth to replenish our drinks or use the restroom. It was an easy walk to Berts and Center St, too. The top unit was very nice. We used the screened in porch every morning and evening. The downstairs unit was not quite as nice. It had a bit of a musty smell to it. Having overall six bedrooms and four bathrooms was great, though.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the fantastic location and found it easy to walk to the beach, Bert's, and Center Street. It's wonderful to hear that the screened porch became a favorite spot for your mornings and evenings, and that the home's layout with six bedrooms and four bathrooms worked well for your group. We also appreciate your feedback about the downstairs unit. We're sorry to hear it didn't meet your expectations and wish we had known about it during your stay as we have a dedicated team available to assist. We look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our group, it was nice to have the separation of the two levels for people who needed their own space, but also great to have enough space to all hang together on one level. Just steps to the beach access and walkable to Center Street.

Cozy beach cottage

Our stay was great. The location was everything with plenty of sleeping room. The porches were a great place to hangout, especially the covered one for the rainy days. It looked like it could use a deep clean especially on the porch but that is what you expect a bit with an older beach cottage.
