This spacious and beautifully decorated condo has all the comfort you are looking for while being minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World!

Located in Champions Gate, a resort-style community with TWO incredible clubhouses including tennis courts, a restaurant, resort-style pools with water slides, kids splash pools, a lazy river, mini-golf, fitness center, theater room, beach volleyball, golf, and so much more! There is entertainment for the whole family!

The space:
The condo has 2 bedrooms that will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer, free wifi and parking. The entire unit is located on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, various oils and seasonings, and complete with a Disney cookbook. There is a 65” 4K QLED Smart TV and sofa bed located in the living room. Enjoy the Florida weather on the covered patio with a view of the golf course, where you will be able to relax after a long day at the parks!

The master bedroom features a king-sized mattress with premium bedding as well as a 50” 4K LG Smart TV. The guest bedroom features one full-sized mattress and one twin-sized mattress, both beds with premium bedding as well as a 50” 4K LG Smart TV. You will be able to log-in to your own streaming services!

I want to get you started on your vacation by providing a few additional necessities, such as:

✔️ (1) Kitchen Sponge.
✔️ (3) Trash Bags.
✔️ (1) Roll of paper towels in the kitchen.
✔️ (2) Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

In addition, the complimentary items below are provided for when you first arrive.
✔️ Welcome basket of assorted snacks.
✔️ (4) Bottled waters.
✔️ Keurig coffee station (with kcups).
✔️ Travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and bar of soap in each bathroom.

Any additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest! 😊

Guest access:
The condo is located in a gated community. After your reservation has been confirmed, I will send you your digital gate access pass. You will also receive a personalized front door code for keyless entry into the condo on your check-in date.

Please note:
The garage and master bedroom walk-in closet are not accessible to guests as it is used for storage.
