Uber/Lyft are accessible and cheap if you don't have a car. Easy access to all highways and attractions if your choose to bring one.We have ample parking to accommodate 2-3 cars.
House Rules. No Smoking Inside, No Parties. Be kind to the neighbors. If you break the no party rule, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. Suspected parties or multiple, non-paid guests visiting will be promptly removed by owner. We keep a keen eye on things and expect to host five-star guests.
Refunds For Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. And if we can’t fix them, we want to make sure you are protected. However, in order to receive any refunds for trip-related issues that are within our control, we need to know about them when they happen. This is important if you ever have noise complaints, or something keeping you up at night in one of our properties - we want to know, and fix it right then! This gives us the opportunity to make things better, and prohibits the very few bad apples from trying to get their trip for free. (It happens.) We want you to be happy and the entire trip to be stress free and smooth. And we will responsively and promptly take care of any issues you may have.
Lost and Found Policy. Did you leave something valuable behind? We want to help! We have contracted with our cleaning services to contact the guest, and return anything that may be of value. The charge for returning lost items (that fit in a standard envelope) is $40. We DO NOT keep, and will not return left over food, alcohol, or anything that is disposable. Always do a full property sweep before you check out at 11:00 a.m.
Early Check Ins / Late Check Outs. Please contact us if we you ever need early check in or check out. Due to our cleaning companies schedule, we sometimes cannot accommodate this--however, please reach out to us and we will try to work with you regarding this matter.
