Great spot overall, really liked that it had two primary bedrooms with lots of living space. And the view was exceptional, with a fun time watching the golfers. Kitchen was well stocked, and everything was clean.

Really nice and clean property right on the golf course. We stayed for 2 nights and were extremely comfortable. It has all the amenities that we needed. Within walking distance to the beach.

Beautiful Ocean View Home!

This was our second time staying in this home. Love this place! Love watching the golfers, birds, deer and jack rabbits. Enjoy going into town to The Tides Wharf Restaurant and the Boat House for dinner and shopping at the Pelican Plaza Grocery & Deli.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Pacific Jewell. Fantastic location, comfortable beds, very clean house and 5 minute walk to the beach. New carpet throughout and reasonably new kitchen appliances. Sure, it's dated and one of the 8 double pane windows in the living room has a leak and is foggy but the view is still awesome. One minor downside was the low water pressure in main bedroom shower that took several minutes to get hot. We would return for sure.

Grew up in nearby city and come to Bodega Bay often. Love this house, the view from above in living room is amazing, then you go down to den, and step out on patio with cute rock garden path and the view is equally amazing! Large kitchen makes this home a winner if you're inviting many over for a get together. Comfy chairs and couches with books and games tucked into cabinets make this a fun place to try (and i mean try) to get the kids unplugged!

We stayed at this home for five nights. The location and views are spectacular. There is construction next door. Unfortunately the house is in dire need of some cleaning and basic maintenance. It's old and we knew that from the online photos, but I was shocked at how filthy it felt. On day one we arrived and noticed the bedding smelled really bad. I washed four loads the next day including sheets, pillow cases and mattress pads. 90% of the pillows, the mattress pads and the bed have stains on them. The dishes were cleanish, but there was a general ick about the kitchen cabinets. On a positive note, the refrigerator is nice and new, the microwave was clean and there was a basic cleanliness of the bathrooms and carpet. We were thankful to have a washer/dryer and garage to park the car in. The Management Company responded quicky to fix a window that we could not get shut. Not sure I would stay here again unless there was nothing else available.

I never got hot water in the master shower, despite trying for 4-5 minutes. When I got back out of the shower I realized that There was no bath mat. I’m glad I didn’t slip on the tile. And why isn’t there one box of Kleenex? Just one somewhere. This used to be a lovely home but the condition of the windows and cabinets is sad.

Bodega get away

The house was cleaned and ready on time for arrival, thank you.The location was perfect for our group as it was on the golf course, close to beach access, and had a spectacular view. Spacious and accommodating. The negative part relates the the house itself. It is so outdated that it reminds me of my childhood home from the 1960's. It's way past time for a major remodel to stay in touch with the times, especially considering the costs involved in our rental. We had zero contact with property management so I have no comment in that regard. We did have the water heater go out one evening so no hot water in the morning but I was able to relight it in the garage with no issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Older furniture and home in general, but beautiful views that can’t be beat. Plenty of space and everything was very functional. Relaxing and entertaining to watch golfers finish the 9th hole. Would stay there again!

BEWARE! Do not park in the drive way my Mercedes was hit in 2 places on my back windshield within an hour I was down at the beach. I let the property know and asked for help if they knew where I can call to get my window fixed they had no answers. Not helpful at all! So I had to drive 4 hours back home with a busted out window shield. It was a Friday when it happened and the earliest in the area to get my window fixed was Tuesday! I let the property know that and they said oh I’m sorry! No help!

Nice layout of the house, beautiful view. Lacking some basic items such as enough towels and soap for all bathrooms, overall was pretty good.
