Escape the city to this one bedroom cottage in the historic town of Edgecomb Maine. This beautiful 1950s cottage has been restored to all of it's glory with the modern conveniences of today. This cottage along with 13 others sit on five acres of beautiful Coastal Maine for you to explore. You will have scenic views of the beautiful Maine forests and be close to everything in the Boothbay area has to offer.

The cottage has a queen sized bed, a smart TV with Spectrum cable, kitchen island, private deck, WiFi, linens, Keurig coffee maker, barbecue grill, and outdoor fireplace.

We will return next year! Love these little cottages. There is no better location for day tripping. Cottages are well equipped and very comfortable.

We spent a long weekend in the Boothbay Harbor area, and had a wonderful time. The owner was very easy to communicate with, and the property was well maintained and very nice. The location is great for easily accessing the quaint towns and local attractions. The only downside is that it sits near the highway, so there is a bit of traffic noise. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this property when you're in the Boothbay Harbor area!

Cabin was as advertised, very homey. Had one very minor problem with a faucet and literally within 5 minutes of notifying owner, someone was there to take care of it. And it took only 5 minutes. Wonderful service. Have recommended to friends.

We enjoyed our stay in Edgecomb. Getting into cottage was difficult for my spouse because it was quite a slope. from driveway to front door. I would like to stay again but maybe pick a cottage that was further away from the highway due to noise. The cottages are all very cute

A nice getaway!

Great location to be in the middle of a lot of adventures! A wonderfully comfortable bed! Very responsive host with area recommendations, etc. Great Wi-Fi connection and speed!!

Jeff was very helpful and responsive, the room was just as listed in the pictures. The fireplace was great. We would not hesitate at all to stay again.

Great little place

Jeff was an amazing host for this VRBO rental. He responded to any messages almost immediately. The house was very comfortable. The area was beautiful with seafood everywhere

Perfect anniversary weekend

We were looking for a cute, quiet spot, close to the botanical gardens. This cabin did not disappoint! Management was quick to answer any questions. Check in was super easy.

Cute cottage

We enjoyed our stay at the restored, retro 1950's cottage in Edgecomb. It was a fairly quick ride to Boothbay where we enjoyed all the sites, views, schooner ride and a bit of rain! We did miss the humpback whale entertaining people in Wiscasset! Jeff answered all our questions quickly. It was a perfect spot for a couple of old folks!!

Home Away from Home

My sister and I stayed for almost a month in this lovely place. We were in Maine on some extended family business. The extended business meant we extended our stay a couple of times. Jeff was always accommodating and very responsive. The cottage was just the perfect “home away from home” for us. It is comfortably furnished. We had everything we needed. Very cozy and relaxing. Thanks Jeff for being there for us. And Mike too!

Mom and I enjoyed this cute cottage (#4)- just off Rt 1. Pretty decor and red retro look of the fridge and micro is fun and cheerful. nice deck as well. So convenient! Visited nearby Boothbay Harbor, Wiscasset and Damrascotta. Also took a Lovely long drive through Bristol- so pretty. I love antiques and thrift stores- plenty of them! Blanchard's Creamery just down Rt 27S is delicious! And, mom needs a recliner and it is not easy to find a place with one- so this was great and comfy for her!

Cottage 4

We arrived 15 minutes early and the cleaning lady told us she was not done and to come back in an hour. We really liked the cottage. Inside was very clean. The toilet paper holder broke within a few hours. Easily fixed if we had an allen wrench. We were not impressed with the shared grill and fire pit. Grill was filthy, left in the elements, along with bbq tools. You would need to do a lot of cleaning prior to use. There were old plastic bags from prior firewood bundles laying around on the ground. It doesn't appear that the grounds get any TLC. Many cottages need exterior painting. We would have loved to sit out on the deck but the road noise prevented us from doing so.

Reposant et intéressant

C’était parfait sur toute la ligne. L’emplacement nous permettait de rayonner dans les environs. Petit bémol. Le cottage est près de la route 1 mais en aucun cas cela nous a empêchés de bien dormir.
