Experience the perfect beach vacation at the Upper Deck! 2-bed/2-bath condo at the dune crossing, where you can wave to your family on the beach from the deck. Enjoy a day at the beach and then hop over to Ropewalk, the Hobbit or Hooked for dinner.

Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean and bay while sipping your morning coffee or relaxing with a cocktail on the private top deck. We take pride in ensuring our guests feel at home throughout their stay and strive to keep them coming back year after year.

Our location provides you with the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Enjoy the less crowded beaches of the midtown Ocean City, while still having easy access to all the exciting activities.

Key features of our condo include a king-size bed in the master bedroom with an en suite, one twin bed and one queen bed in the second bedroom, and a hall bathroom with a shower-tub combo. Our condo can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Convenience is at your fingertips with 2 reserved covered parking spots under the building, an on-site washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, plates, dishes, cups, kettle, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and much more.

We provide additional supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags.

***Please remember to bring your own linens for one queen, one twin, and one king bed, as well as bath and beach towels.

Parking notes: There is assigned parking for 2 cars in a partially covered space under the building, clearance is 6’ 8”. Both spaces are labeled with the unit. Additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. OC Beach Bus: $4 cash (effective May 1, 2023) Ride-All-Day pass allows you to ride from 6:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. the next morning will take you to the boardwalk all the way to 145th street.

Self check-in is available with a keypad, providing you with flexibility and privacy. Property damage protection is required, no smoking and no pets are allowed. Please note that you must be 25 years of age or older to rent this condo, and we do not advertise any properties on Craigslist or Facebook.

Perfect Beach Week!

From the start, Miriam was great with recommendations and answering questions about the property. Everything was SO clean and exactly as described. Location was perfect for the beach and after-dinner ice cream across the street. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was fully stocked! AC was perfect, keeping the place a nice retreat after sunny beach days. Great box of beach toys and chairs as well. Could not recommend more!

Beautiful view

The best part of this property is the view & cleanliness of the condo. Our only complaint is the showers. The master bathroom is so tiny that you cannot comfortably shower- also, the water is either piping hot or freezing cold. It is difficult to find the right temperature & both showers cannot be running at the same time as it makes this issue much worse.Other than that, we loved the stay here. The condo is fully stocked with items you may need (Ziploc bags, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, nice washer & dryer, extra TP). The owners are very responsive & friendly. They even left a bag of beach goodies for our kids which was so thoughtful. Our kids also loved playing the bananagram game! If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. You have to climb 6 flights of stairs to get there. If you don't have any issues with this then the climb is worth the view!

The rental was as listed. It was clean and owner was quick to respond to any questions. The deck has a great view of the ocean and you can see the bay. Easy access to walk on the beach as well.

Beachfront stay

Scott and Miriam went above and beyond for us! They left a gift basket for us and the house was incredibly clean. With two bedrooms and two baths we were all comfortable. Would love to stay here again next year!

Great location

Convenient location on the beach. Well appointed condo with comfortable beds. Nicely equipped kitchen. Best of all great view of ocean from front deck and rear deck with view of bay. Nice covered parking too. Would definitely stay here again

Very happy with all accommodations. It is on 4th floor, so lots of stairs, but not much of a downside when you see the view.

Sunrise with ocean view

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Upper Deck. Miriam made us feel welcome and even had a gift basket with goodies for the kids. We loved having breakfast on the deck and walking down to the beach. Perfect for a family with twins 🏖️🌞!

So Wonderful!

We had such a wonderful week! Me, my husband and our one-year old daughter were so comfortable. Miriam and Scott were extremely communicative and even left a gift bag for us! The house is so close to the beach entry that nap time for our daughter was a breeze! We will definitely be back.

Nice 2br condo next to the beach

The condo was nice. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We asked to check in early and because it’s off season she had no problem with that as our place wasn’t occupied the day before or day of. The master bed was comfy which is usually surprising because most rental condos usually have cheap bedding. There was even a welcome package sitting on the counter when we walked in with some water, some taffy, sunglasses, and some other beach related items. Very thoughtful! If I had to pick out something negative it would probably be just the fact the unit is on the top floor and walking up and down the steps sucked as there’s no elevator due to the design of the building. But the upper deck was nice to sit on we played Yahtzee on the table our first day!

As frequent users of VRBO, we've had a lot of positive experiences with the platform (though we know they can't all be amazing). We've taken all the positives from our previous stays and incorporated them into The Upper Deck, and we're committed to making improvements each year. We know the feeling of arriving after a long day of traveling and realizing you forgot some essential, so we've made sure to provide amenities such as laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. We welcome any feedback and questions and can't wait for you to enjoy your stay!

When I stepped onto the top deck of this condo, the unparalleled view made me want to grab a cocktail, sit and relax. The beach in midtown tends to be less crowded than the downtown area, making it a great spot for families and those looking for a more laid-back beach experience. Overall, midtown Ocean City is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the action but also have a peaceful retreat to come back to.

The Upper Deck is just steps from the beach...come up the stairs to the deck and you see the sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the Assawoman Bay.
