Welcome to our beautiful property located on the bayside in Ocean City, Maryland, just off of 94th Street. Our canalfront home boasts a private balcony with peaceful views of the water.

The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed for additional guests. In the living room, you ll find double power recliners for ultimate relaxation, as well as a smart TV for your entertainment.

Our fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals, and our coffee station is fully stocked for all of your caffeine needs. With off-street parking, laundry, and WiFi, this is the perfect spot for your next vacation!

Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for each bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth)
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer in the property for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
