This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with king bed in primary, one queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features courtyard views from both bedrooms and the living area. Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Buffalo Lodge offers shared amenities including 2 hot tubs. Guests of this vacation rental also get access to the amenities at the neighboring Dakota Lodge including 2 more hot tubs and an outdoor pool.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen, smart TV, a gas fireplace and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony with courtyard views.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats three, while there are three more seats at the breakfast bar. The first of two bathrooms is just down the hall and has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed, a flat screen, smart TV, and beautiful views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks with granite countertops, and a shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a smart TV.

*Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve this vacation rental, the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older.

Nice stay but main tv inoperable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice place but the main tv in the living room was not functional during a 3-night stay. While communication with management was great, the tv was never replaced as conveyed during our trip.

Excellent location in the village! Check in is required at an offsite location a mile away, kind of annoying. Our shuttle driver let us stop there at least. The unit was very warm and we had to drop the thermostat to 50 and open the windows often to keep it pleasant. Kitchen was quite well stocked. Beds were very soft. Unit was clean. One elevator was down the whole time, slowing things down for one in the building. Could easily hear the upstairs neighbors in their ski boots, but overall quite enough. Wish ski locker had two keys, but it was still convenient. Parking spot was effective.

The host was very welcoming and checked in via text several times to make sure we didn't need anything. It was a clean and beautiful property and a great location. I wish the outside firepit was running, but it wasn't the owners fault. The main area at the front door was fun to meet new people and play pool and watch football.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start by saying that the location was convenient, the place was clean, was mostly well appointed. Issues: having to go iff site to pick up the keys was annoying. We we already at keystone for our first day of skiing, then had to leave to go get keys for our stay that evening. Just a poor way of doing things. Also had issues with lack of directions. There is no information to explain where the pool is. I had to go wander around and look for it. The couch in the living room is unbearably uncomfortable.

Accommodations were very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils to make eating in easy. Condo is in a great location in river run village for easy access to gondola and lift. Two separate laundry rooms available on the property which take cards and quarters. Locker included with rental and located on first floor which made it very convenient to store skis and equipment.

Family Ski Trip

My family and I stayed in the Buffalo Lodge, on the 3rd floor. I was able to request an early check in and it was granted an hour and half earlier than original check in time of 430. The text message to the property manager was very convenient. We had to go to the off site office to pick up the keys and welcome letter. In the check in letter it stated that we park in the underground parking garage and use elevators to our room. When we get there to unload, we found that the elevator was out of order and that we would either need to go up the stairs, or to go back out and unload in front of the lodge. It would have been helpful to know that information at check in. It was a very inconvenience. I was also informed by a returning family that the elevator was broken last year too. The room was nice and clean. Being right on base was very convenient. We stayed in a couple nights for dinner,- I would suggest better pots and pans for cooking and a regular large pot to boil noodles, as we made spaghetti so we had to use the small pot which was not easy. My kids really enjoyed the pool tables and hot tubs. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The elevator situation was really the worst part.

Most of the units are basically the same, however this one seemed small for 4 adults. Used to having a bit more space. Window in master bedroom was missing a screen so had to deal with flies. Fairly Good Stay But Not Without Issues

Reviewer Comments: The property was exceptionally clean, but the management seemed quite disorganized. We received numerous text messages before and during our stay about potential 'disruptions,' like closed amenities. However, these were often followed by messages saying the previous ones were sent in error. Unfortunately, the hot tubs were closed for part of our stay, and when they finally opened, we ended up with terrible rashes, indicating they were not well maintained.Our check-in experience was also frustrating. After picking up our keys and packet from the main office as instructed, we discovered the parking garage door was malfunctioning. When I called for help, the staff member I spoke to struggled with English and couldn’t resolve the issue. This led to us having to carry all our belongings up a flight of stairs and through several doors to reach the elevator—a challenging task for an elderly person with severe back problems.On the bright side, the staff was friendly and accommodating in other situations during our stay. I’d think twice before using this company again, but if the price were right, I might consider staying again, knowing what to expect.

Lovely Place to Relax during Conference

Really liked it’s layout. Comfortable furnishings. Conveniently located to lots of dining options, so no need to drive anywhere for dinner. Shuttle stop just outside the building if you do want to go elsewhere but don’t feel like driving/finding parking. Fun view of the Buffalo sculpture and surrounding courtyard with the mountains beyond. Property management company very communicative; they answer questions quickly and are generally very helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great Location

However, the building itself showed signs of wear and tear, necessitating some repairs. Upon our arrival, we discovered the elevator connecting to the parking garage was out of order, an issue which persisted throughout our stay. The lobby was consistently crowded every evening with individuals who didn't appear to be residents, which was peculiar. Moreover, there was an incident involving a ruptured pipe in one of the units, leading to a flooded corridor and excessive noise in the hallway and stairs.I would stay here again with slightly different expectations.

The condo was roomy enough for all of us without even using the sleeper sofa. Being located in the River Run village was great for skiing, shopping, and dining. The condo was very clean, the wi-fi was excellent and quiet in the evenings. The only minor complaint we had was one of two elevators was not working during our stay, and it happened to be the one that goes to and from the parking garage.

Cozy condo in heart of River Run Village!

We enjoyed our time at this lovely condo! It’s in a great location close to the lifts and restaurants! The condo was clean, cozy, inviting and had all the items we needed! It was a great time!

Fabulous stay!

This property is a perfect summer getaway spot for a family. You’re right on the river run square, so you can walk to everything you need. The complex has mini golf Thursday-Monday. And there is a shared pool with three hot tub options. There are two bedrooms + a pull out sofa. We would definitely stay here again. Would note that there isn’t AC, but there are box fans for the windows.
