Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo includes one queen bedroom downstairs and one queen bed and fold out trifold twin mattress upstairs in the loft bedroom. We have a full kitchen, and lakeside deck space with electric grill. A washer and dryer are included, so you can pack less and make yourself at home! Living room includes leather couch and 2 recliners. Dining table for 4 included. Close to many eating options and a five-minute drive to Branson attractions. Enjoy your morning Keurig coffee on the deck watching the relaxing Lake Taney Como and embrace nature at its best! Our condo is a 2nd floor unit (1 flight of 16 stairs) with a main floor queen bedroom and an upstairs queen loft bedroom. All kitchen and bath essentials included. (towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets) We'll even include a few snacks and coffee pods to get you started! We're an easy five-minute walk to the Fall Creek marina for boating and fishing fun. You can rent a slip for your own boat as well. Nearby Table Rock Lake has a beach for water play. (warmer water than Taneycomo!)There are many nearby restaurants-and attractions for your perfect vacation! Note: we are a no smoking, no pet property.

We had a wonderful time staying here. It's a convenient location with a beautiful view. Pamela was very responsive, and she has everything you could want stocked and ready for guests. If we return to Branson, this will be the first place we'll look to stay. The frog-pad theme was so cute too!

Our stay was very pleasant. We were able to relax in between our activities. Watching the boats go by and the fishermen fishing was very relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay very much. condo was very nice and clean. Pam was very helpful with any questions we had. Sitting on deck and watching the river was so relaxing. We also seen Squirrels, a Chipmunk and Groundhog playing on the ground .

Cozy, clean, well supplied condo right on water. Has a deck with table and chairs, sat on the deck each morning enjoying coffee and the scenery. The owner’s communication was swift; along with friendly and helpful! Enjoyed it so much!!

Convenient location, clean, charming condo with loft right on the banks of the lake. Sip your beverage of choice from the upstairs patio while listening to nature and letting go of all your stress. Plenty of room with both a downstairs bedroom and separate loft bedroom with an en suite which was convenient for our son.Communication with our host was above par, she was extremely helpful, and very easy to communicate with. While we didn’t cook any meals on our visit, the kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Definitely would stay again, we had a great time.

Check-in was super easy, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was also great, we were 10-20 minutes from most things we wanted to see. There are tons of great food options all around.

Perfect Stay

We stayed here with our friends for a birthday getaway to Branson (celebrating the men's 70th birthdays.) This condo was perfect for 2 couples. Pamela included everything travelers might need during their stay; this was the best-equipped VRBO condo I have ever stayed in. The location was great - a few minutes drive to all the Branson attractions, but away from the noise and traffic. Enjoying our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the river, was a highlight of our stay. We loved Branson and hope to return soon and hope to stay at this property again. Tips: Nearby restaurants that we enjoyed were Danna's Barbecue and Fall Creek Steak & Catfish House (Home of the Tossed rolls). There is a convenience store right by the highway, The Pantry, that has basic groceries, and well as made- to-order sandwiches and an extensive selection of wine, beer, and spirits.

Awesome getaway

We loved our stay, clean, fully stocked and great layout for our group. Looking at the picture i really thought we would have easy water access for my son to fish and be in my view. Theres a marina down the road but we never made it back before they close at 4PM, but it was all good we hit the dam area and he still got to fish. Definitely give 5

Kids loved the theme of the condo!! Traveled to Branson for softball so there was some team fun/family fun! It was a great time!!

Beautiful View, Relaxing Home

We really enjoyed our stay. You could sit in the front room and look out onto the river. It was beautiful. Everything was clean and nice and the communication was wonderful. I would highly recommend.

Best Equipped Condo

Our stay at the "froggy pad" was excellent. Very clean, bed was very comfortable. Very nice view of Lake Tanneycomo from the deck. This was the best equipped VRBO unit that we have ever stayed at. We always bring extra stuff with us to supplement the unit -- but in this case we didn't need to use any of of own stuff. Also, in our many trips to Branson, this was absolutely the best Trout fishing.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful quick weekend trip to Branson and stumbled upon this gem of a condo to stay in. The condo was so cute with a beautiful view of the river. We’ve stayed at many places in the area and this was one of the cleanest units we have booked. The host went above and beyond with communication and even had a welcome snack basket which our kids loved. Check in was easy and she gave details to find the location in case our gps led us astray. 10/10 recommend and we look forward to visiting again!

We love Missouri and plan to have many more adventures in Branson and its surrounding areas. We hope you get to visit our favorite, Silver Dollar City while you are here! Christmas is our favorite time to visit there! We really will make it a priority to make sure your visit is all that you want it to be!

We purchased this condo recently to be near family and loved ones in Missouri. Our place is close to so many attractions. Golf course, fishing, boating, theme parks, entertainment and lovely countryside are all within easy reach!

Our condo is lakeside, which is always nice if you love nature and water. We love to sit on the deck with our morning coffee and count our blessings! Our place is modest, quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. In time, we hope to make some modernizations to the condo, but in the meantime, it's clean and comfy!
