The place was fantastic and communication with the hose was impeccable. The location is close enough to the end of the boardwalk that it is easy to walk and for being on the boardwalk it was very quiet. The only issue with the property is the pool area needs some work from the building manager and this is not on the host to correct.Out next trip we would definitely consider rebooking here if the dates are available.

Condo was lovely and clean and nicely furnished. Very cozy, quiet, and comfortable. Parking close by.Balcony faced another condo, however you could see the beach from the side. (I didn't look at the pictures closely enough)The pool was advertised as heated which it absolutely was not. Disappointing because weather was so horrendous, the beach was closed our entire visit and we were looking forward to relaxing in the pool for a few hours. It was way too cold for either one of us.

Room 504 was absolutely amazing. We’ve been coming to Ocean City for some time now and this will be our go to for know on. When we got to the room it was so cool that they had just about everything you need. So we made sure we left a few items to add to that list. I think it’s in the perfect location for everything we enjoy. And we can’t wait till next visit.

Property is very old and some of the exterior is in need of updating. Inside of the unit was updated and in good condition. Price was pretty high for the age of the property. I didn’t like that communication was through a site that I needed to set up username and password…. I wasn’t able to easily access my check in information upon arrival because of this additional log in

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The units are small, but we’ve stayed in this building before so we knew what to expect. The elevator has no a/c and is super slow. The access to wheeling the carts or wagons into the building is pretty difficult. You have to walk up onto the boardwalk and then back around. The kitchen had a pretty bad smell. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and ran the disposal with hot water with dish soap, but it didn’t go away and lingered for our whole stay. There were tons of air fresheners set up trying to mask it. It was fine overall.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed your stay and appreciate your familiarity with the building. We apologize for the challenges with the elevator, cart access, and the kitchen odor. Your comments are valuable, and we will be reviewing these concerns with our team to improve the guest experience moving forward.
