The front bedroom features a bunk bed plus a single trundle, great for kids or friends, while the primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed with plenty of storage. On the lower level you’ll find a second living area with seating, a smart TV, and the third bedroom with another king bed, giving groups room to spread out. The upper level offers a full kitchen, living room, breakfast nook, dining table, and bar‑top seating, creating a bright open space for family time, game nights, and sharing meals. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the mountain air and views. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable on those rare hot summer nights. Altogether, the layout works beautifully for two families or a group of friends, with separate hangout spaces and beds for up to 9 guests.
