Loved how close to the beach and action the property is! Make sure to account for the nightlife noise (bring earplugs or noisemakers). It wasn't an issue for us since we knew what to expect

The propriety was in a great spot couldn’t be more happy but our room faced a bar that closed at 2 am might keep that in mind next time to ask for a different one having to open windows due to no ac that made it difficult to sleep. We had to rent ac units to make the stay more comfortable The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. Location it’s wonderful ,right on the beach which made it easy to enjoy our vacation and walking distance to grocery or shopping stores

We totally enjoyed ourselves. The condo provided everything we needed to make our daughter's graduation a memorable experience. We totally enjoyed the location and proximity to bars,restaurants shopping and the beach.

Only complaint is the front door entrance was very difficult to open after code was entered. Master bathroom door would not latch and bedroom door sticks. The ocean view from the patio was sensational watching the sunset. Property itself does not have an ocean view but is right on the boardwalk steps from the sand. No air conditioning and like so many other reviews the noise from two bars right next to it went on till 2:00 am and prevented us from opening windows at night. Would definitely stay here again. For senior citizens the process to book was a little difficult.

Perfect Beach Getaway

I loved this place. The condo was in a great location and was very nice! I loved the tile in the bathroom it was so fun. Everything was clean and it was next to the beach and the condo came stocked with chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers. Everything you need for an awesome day at the beach.

The location is great. Right by the pier on PB. The room was on the back side of the complex, so didn't quite have the view from the room that were implied. The patio area is amazing though with an unimpeded view of everything.

Perfect Location on Pacific Beach

This condo is located right on Pacific Beach, our particular condo unit, was convenient to the elevator and off by itself. Perfect location for breakfast, lunch and dinner spots with lots of variety. Get your walking shoes, skates or sandals on, lots of miles to walk down the beach, boardwalk or street shopping. Easy walk to Mission Beach. Can't wait to stay again, we LOVED it!

This is a nice location if you are wanting to get to the beach fast. Very convenient and has beach items if needed. Management was very nice and in contact with us whenever needed. It was a little noisy outside at night but for the most part didn't bother us. Overall, a very nice stay.

Really convienent location, but I should have read the listing better. AC is only available for an extra cost and it is to loud to sleep with the windows open.

This property is not air conditioned. The listing is very misleading. We were charged an additional 500/week to add portable room air conditioners to the bedrooms and the living areas and bathrooms were not air conditioned.The condo and location are great otherwise, but we would not have rented a unit without A/C for a two week stay in August.

We are so sorry you did not get much sleep. The listing does not describe the home as an ocean view, but literally to your left of the patio is the ocean and the pier. It is in a very social area and the photos do show businesses across from it. We searched reservation notes and all communication on the VRBO messaging, emails, vm, we do not have info about you reporting the hot tub/spa. Although that amenity is managed by the HOA, we would have liked to know so we could expedite with the HOA a cleaning if necessary. We have over 70 homes to enjoy, perhaps another may be more comfortable. We hope we have another opportunity to provide the experience you deserve and will be our guest again.

Great location

This property was just as listed. We had plenty of room for myself, husband, son and 2 other teenagers. Location was great although no ocean views here. The property is located near many shops, restaurants and bars. Luckily due to restrictions everything was shut down by 10pm so there wasn’t really any noise. It was a short walk to the beach and right between Mission Beach and Pacific. There were a few minor issues - broken toilet handles and missing grill, but we didn’t let that affect our trip. Overall great property with nice management and everything you would need for a nice vacation on the beach.
