También, hay una cómoda sala de estar con TV para que te relajes después del día de viaje, e incluso, cada una de nuestras habitaciones tiene TV para que puedas entretenerte y relajarte desde la cama. Realizaras tú mismo el check-in. Para abrir la entrada principal te daremos un código, de este modo podrás abrir la caja de seguridad y recoger la llave de la propiedad. You will be staying in Casa Castillo. You will have private bathrooms & showers for the room upstairs and also downstairs. You will have a full-stack kitchen with all amenities included. There is also a comfortable living room area with TV for you to relax after your journeys day, not only that, but we also have an additional TV in the bedrooms so you can completely relax. The house has brand new AC units, WiFi access and, even, a netted bungalow for upstairs to relax on as well!
You will be doing a self-check-in. There is a main gate where we will provide you with a code to unlock the key lockbox. And then we'll give you an additional code to unlock your beach house door. We will provide you with a 24/7 online support to all questions or needs you will have during your beach house stay. You can contact us directly by our email or on the booking platform you reserved from.
If you order a pick up at the airport you will be communicating with our taxi driver and friend Alberto, this ride costs 30$. If you order from our online catalogue, guided tours, trips or cleaning services you will be interacting with our team. Besides this, our entire beach house is here for your own privacy and relaxation.
Our property is located in the scenic & upscale residential neighbourhood of Castillo Grande, Cartagena. We are close to all the main touristic attractions of Cartagena. You can rest assured this is the safest area of all Cartagena and you should always feel comfortable walking around town at any time of the day or night.
We are one block away from the beach, a 15-minute cab ride away from el Centro and a 20-minute cab ride away from Castillo San Phillipe. If you need help navigating around the city or with how much you should be paying for taxi rates please communicate with our team and we will be more than glad to help!
The best way to get around is by walking or taking bus rides. If you want to enjoy the beaches and restaurants close by you will be able to walk everywhere. And iIf you want to go to Castillo San Phillipe or el centro (Historic Spanish colonial area) you can take a walk which will take 10 minutes.
Some things you must do:
- If you go out to eat try and always drink restaurants juices! Order flavours like Mango, Guava, or Coconut! They come with milk or water but I personally love them with milk!
- Go to all the beaches on the peninsula!
- Plan a boat trip to to the Islas del Rosario or Barú, avoid Tierra Bomba
- Go to "El Trinidad" in Getsenami to enjoy some street entertainment, & beers with the locals
- Enjoy a night walk on the walls of the fortress to experience Cartagenas magical nights
- Always carry cash
What not to do:
- Smoke anywhere on our property
- Have parties on our property
- Drink sink or shower water
- Buy seafood, juices or frosties from street vendors
- Smoke Cannabis at all in this country
