Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Regarding the Wi-Fi, it was confirmed to be working during both your pre-arrival inspection and the inspection prior to the next guest's arrival. Our maintenance team is available daily, and had we been made aware you were having issues connecting, we would have been happy to assist with troubleshooting the connection. We also understand your disappointment that we were unable to accommodate a late check-out. Since we had new guests arriving that same day, we weren't able to offer a late check-out. Our housekeeping and inspection teams needed the time between reservations to get everything ready for the next guests. We appreciate you sharing your experience and hope you otherwise enjoyed your time on South Padre Island.
