Casa Santiago A er et pletfri, moderne "strandhus", der eskalerer din tropiske flugt til næste luksusniveau!
Det rummelige 3-etagers hus rummer op til 24 gæster og har 6 soveværelser og badeværelser og ligger lige overfor stranden!

Stueetagen har to gæsteværelser. Den første har to queensize-senge, et 50 "HD Smart TV og et privat badeværelse. En komplet vaskerum kan også findes i stueetagen med vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og vask. Det andet soveværelse har to enkeltsenge, hver med en dobbeltseng, en 50 "HD Smart TV og et privat badeværelse. Det andet og hovedniveau i hjemmet omfatter en stor åben koncept-stue, spiseplads og køkken. Køkkenet giver god plads til store familier eller vennegrupper rundt om en massiv midtø med bar-plads til 6 personer. Rustfrit stål apparater leveres inklusive et køleskab med icemaker, mikroovn, ovn, komfur, brødrister ovn, brødrister og en opvaskemaskine. Køkkenet har et stort spisekammer med alle faciliteter og komplet service til 24 gæster. I stuen er der et stort, 65 "HD Smart TV omgivet af en overdimensioneret sovesofa. Læn dig tilbage og se film eller sport med hele gruppen!

Anden sal har også den tredje og fjerde gæsteværelser med en king size seng og to queensize senge. Hver har sit eget private badeværelse og 50 "HD Smart TV. Lige ovenpå til det tredje niveau i hjemmet finder du din luksuriøse Master suite. En hyggelig king size seng vil låne sig til den hvile og afslapning, du fortjener! Et privat master-badeværelse indebærer et jacuzzi-badekar i fuld størrelse samt et brusebad og et stort forfængelighedsområde. Ejendommen har også to yderligere sovesofaer, garderobeskabe i alle soveværelser, herunder et større garderobeskab i soveværelset, 3 balkoner med havemøbler og 2 garage.

We had a fabulous stay!! The lady that helped us check in was very nice and professional. The house was absolutely perfect. Each family had their own private bedroom and restroom so that was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing and hanging around. We did have a slight problem locking the doors as we headed out but we figured it out. We'd love to stay there again!!!

Amazing!

The property is beautiful and within waking distance to the beach. Amazing views. Pool is perfect size. There is plenty of room. We had 5 couples and never felt overcrowded. Would definitively like to return.

Short trip

The house itself its great modern and the location is literally in front of the beach. The problem was the issues with the wifi not working, trash cans full of trash even with worms, the propane tank was not fill until the last day of our stay.

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is really amazing. It is new, beautifully decorated and spectacular views. The way that the house is designed we had multiple people staying and at night you didn't even know that anyone else was there. The kitchen is great with new appliances and the HUGE island that is great for visiting, working, eating...…. We really liked coming back to this house after a long day of work. We will be staying here again very soon!

The property was nice. Love how we all fit comfortably. The only thing was the pool. It was kind of small for 24 people and the filters didn’t work well. The water was kind of dirty.

The house was clean, very accommodating for our crew and was literally right across the street from the beach. We were at the beach almost daily. This was a very last minute booking due to issues at the previous VRBO we had rented for the week, and we couldn’t have asked for better service. Check-in was easy and quick, they let us know we were able to get in a little early and checkout was just as easy. Our fridge wasn’t working correctly and they had maintenance out very quick and the problem was fixed! The technician was great as well! Only downside to this is all the stairs. We didn’t have any issues and we looked at it as a good workout for those of us on the upper level. Oh and there wasn’t a pizza cutter, which the kids required often but we made do with a knife. Don’t let these things hold you back though, the place is great!We will definitely rent again and highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful rental and location

This was perfect for our large group with 6 bedrooms and baths. The space could use better simple amenities. No closets in some of bathrooms. No hooks in bathrooms. This is clearly a rental not a home. We had some issues with dishwasher and broken furniture but those were resolved quickly. Staff was friendly too. 1 block from beach. Pool area was great too!

The photos of this condo do not fully show how wonderful it is. There are three floors with spacious bedrooms (most with their own bathroom). on each floor! The condo is spacious enough for a large party. You can sit on the front balcony and watch the waves, or you can lounge at the pool. We absolutely loved it. Our arrival was hours before their check in time, but the staff did what they could to get us settled. We had a wonderful experience. If our family goes to South Padre Island again, I will definitely rent this place.

Awesome space and location

The space and location are awesome. Pool is great. Steps from the beach. Outdoor hose is great. It is poorly stocked with necessary items when cooking for a crowd. Only two dish towels. Very few simple amenities like paper towels or Saran Wrap for leftovers. It works be nice to have basic things like salt and pepper The baseboards and walls need a big deep clean. It could very easily be a five star property. We loved access to the beach and pool and the space!

Great location and house. Ice maker did not work. Huge closets only one had any clothes hangers - 6 total. 15 people for 5 nights and only 2 dishwasher tablets and a tiny bottle of dish soap?? Very bad idea for out of town people expecting to eat for 5 days. No paper towels. Would have been nice to have the pool heated our first 3 days of rain and cold understand the 55 degree issue in the contract. Blankets would have made the stay much better. You could make this a 5 star accommodation.

Family trip

The property stated that they provided things like dish soap and towels. They did but it was one tiny bottle of dish soap and about 3 towels per room. There were no floor mats When walking in from door ways. There was no hose to wash off sand before walking inside. There were few pool/ beach toys. The property had a lot of space for guests. Lastly, all of the outlets connecting to the kitchen area did not work except for the ones connected to the kitchen island.

Beautiful home with amazing views and pool and minor issues

This home is gorgeous and literally like 300 feet from the ocean, we LOVED the location. The pool right in the backyard was great, too, as it was often too cold to go in the ocean and there were riptide warnings a lot. What was an issue was the lack of preparation for large group stays (only one fridge, lack of extra blankets, not enough chairs/silverware/hand towels/hangers) and some maintenance things that should really be addressed like the kitchen sink that makes crazy sounds, a salty ice maker, the door handle to the main floor balcony that doesn't really work and kept like locking people out/in, many electrical outlets that didn't work, etc.. We had a great time but for the price you pay, you shouldn't really have to deal with those things lol. So just be aware if you book this place and pack some extra things accordingly, or plan to hit Goodwill early in your trip and stock the place.
